عنوان فارسی تدوین مدل مفهومی مسکن اجتماعی پایدار با تاکید بر ابعاد پایداری اجتماعی
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین مدل مفهومی مسکن اجتماعی پایدار با تاکید بر ابعاد و جنبه های پایداری اجتماعی انجام شده است.
روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی بوده و رویکرد آن از نوع کیفی و روش انجام آن به دلیل گسترده بودن ادبیات پژوهش پیرامون موضوع مسکن اجتماعی پایدار، فراترکیب می باشد. در راستای انجام روش فراترکیب و استخراج مقولات و مفاهیم از پژوهش های پیشین از الگوی هفت مرحله ای سندلوسکی و باروسو استفاده شده است. برای این منظور 140 مقاله و سند علمی از بانک های اطلاعات علمی داخلی و خارجی استخراج شده و پس از 3 مرحله غربالگری در نهایت 29 سند علمی منتخب جهت شناسایی مقولات و مفاهیم پژوهش وارد فرآیند فراترکیب شده است. در راستای مفهوم سازی و استخراج مقوله های اسناد منتخب، از شیوه کدگذاری سیستماتیک شامل کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی استفاده شده است. در این راستا روایی کدگذاری ها در چارچوب پژوهش توسط خبرگان مرتبط با حوزه پژوهش تایید شده و پایایی آن به روش توافق درصدی و شاخص کاپا (شاخصK) مقدار 0.875 گزارش شده است که نشان از پایایی کافی کدگذاری ها می باشد. در نهایت با انجام فرآیند فوق، مدل مفهومی پژوهش حاصل شده است.
یافته‌ها: معرفی 29 سند علمی منتخب جهت روش فراترکیب و استخراج زیرمقوله های مرتبط با مسکن اجتماعی پایدار و پایداری اجتماعی و سپس پیوند آن ها که منجر به شناسایی 10 مقوله (معیار) و 4 مفهوم (مولفه) اصلی شده است، از یافته های پژوهش می باشد.
نتیجه‌گیری: مدل مفهومی تدوین شده در جهت تحقق مسکن اجتماعی پایدار با تاکید بر ابعاد پایداری اجتماعی متشکل از مولفه های زیست پذیری مسکن اجتماعی (شامل دو معیار)، کیفیت محوری مسکن اجتماعی (شامل دو معیار)، اجتماع محوری مسکن اجتماعی (شامل سه معیار) و مدیریت اجرایی و اقتصادی مسکن اجتماعی (شامل سه معیار) می باشد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Objective: This study aims to develop a conceptual model of sustainable social housing, with a particular focus on the dimensions of social sustainability.
Research Methodology: This applied research uses a qualitative approach and employs a meta-synthesis method, due to the vast scope of existing literature on sustainable social housing. Sandlowski and Barroso's seven-step model was utilized to integrate and extract key concepts from prior studies. A total of 140 scholarly articles and documents were gathered from domestic and international academic databases. After three rounds of screening, 29 documents were selected for the meta-synthesis process. Systematic coding techniques, including open, axial, and selective coding, were used to categorize the findings. To ensure the validity of the coding, experts in the field reviewed the framework, and the reliability was calculated using the percentage agreement method, yielding a Kappa index value of 0.875, indicating high validity. This process ultimately led to the creation of the conceptual model.
Findings: The research identified 10 sub-categories and 4 main concepts related to sustainable social housing and social sustainability. These were derived by synthesizing the selected scientific documents and linking the concepts, offering a structured overview of the subject matter.
Conclusion: The resulting conceptual model for sustainable social housing emphasizes four key dimensions: livability (with two criteria), quality (with two criteria), community orientation (with three criteria), and executive-economic management (with three criteria). This model provides a comprehensive framework for advancing social sustainability within the context of social housing.
