عنوان فارسی تحلیل چند بعدی علم‌سنجی و آلتمتریک انتشارات علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران: ارزیابی تأثیر، حضور اجتماعی و نقش دسترسی آزاد
چکیده فارسی مقاله سابقه و هدف: با توسعه رویکردهای نوین علم‌ سنجی، شاخص‌های آلتمتریک (Altmetric) به‌عنوان مکمل شاخص‌های سنتی استنادی، فرصت ارزیابی جامع‌تر تأثیر علمی و اجتماعی پژوهش‌ها را فراهم کرده‌اند. این مطالعه با هدف انجام تحلیل چند بعدی انتشارات علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران طی سال‌های ۲۰۲۰ تا ۲۰۲۴ با تمرکز بر ارزیابی تأثیر استنادی، حضور در رسانه‌های اجتماعی و نقش دسترسی آزاد در افزایش رؤیت ‌پذیری و استناد به مقالات، انجام پذیرفت.
مواد و روش ‌ها: مطالعه حاضر به‌صورت توصیفی-مقطعی، و با تحلیل استنادی پنج ‌ساله انجام شد. داده‌های استنادی شامل تعداد استناد، شاخص h، میانگین استناد از Scopus و شاخص‌های آلتمتریک نظیر نمره توجه، اخبار، اشاره‌ها در شبکه‌های اجتماعی و تعداد خوانندگان در Mendeley بود. تحلیل با نرم‌افزار Excel و SPSS انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: شاخص H-Index از ۸۶ به ۱۴۴ افزایش یافت و درصد استناد به ازای هر مقاله از 96/26 درصد به 50/68 درصد رسید. تعداد کل استنادها از 24/946 به 54/486 و تعداد مقالات بین‌المللی از ۲۲۷ به ۳۲۰ افزایش یافت. هم‌چنین، مقالات منتشر شده در مجلات با رتبه‌بندی Q1 و Q2 به ترتیب از ۳۱۷ به ۳۳۹ و ۱۹۲ به ۳۰۳ افزایش داشته‌اند. از میان 295/5 مقاله، 1/787 رکورد نمره آلتمتریک داشتند و مجموعاً 51/180 انتشار در رسانه‌های اجتماعی ثبت شد. مقالات دسترسی آزاد به‌طور معنی‌داری نمره آلتمتریک و استناد بیش‌تری نسبت به مقالات غیر دسترسی آزاد داشتند. همبستگی مثبت معنی‌داری بین تعداد اشاره‌ها در رسانه‌های اجتماعی و تعداد استنادات مشاهده شد.
استنتاج: نتایج بیانگر رشد قابل ‌توجه تولیدات علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران در این سال‌ها است. حضور فعال‌تر مقالات در رسانه‌های اجتماعی ارتباط مثبت با تعداد استنادات دارد که اهمیت داده‌های آلتمتریک را در ارزیابی تأثیر علمی برجسته می‌سازد. این یافته‌ها می‌تواند در بهبود سیاست‌های پژوهشی و ارتقای کیفیت علمی دانشگاه مؤثر باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی Multidimensional Scientometric and Altmetric Analysis of Scientific Publications from Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences: Evaluating Impact, Social Presence, and the Role of Open Access
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and purpose: Modern bibliometric approaches, including altmetric indicators, complement traditional citation metrics by providing a broader evaluation of the scientific and social impact of research. This study aimed to conduct a multidimensional analysis of scientific publications from Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences (Mazums) between 2020 and 2024. The research focused on the effects of open access on article visibility and citation rates, as well as the overall influence of citations and social media presence.
Materials and methods: A descriptive cross-sectional study incorporating a five-year bibliometric analysis was conducted. Citation data included citation counts, h-index, and average citations per article retrieved from the Scopus database. Altmetric data comprised attention scores, news mentions, social media activity, and reader counts from Mendeley. Data were analyzed using Excel and SPSS software.
Results: The h-index increased from 86 to 144, and the percentage of citations per article grew from 26.96% to 68.50%. Total citations rose from 24,946 to 54,486, while the number of international articles increased from 227 to 320. Publications in Q1 and Q2 journals increased from 317 to 339 and 192 to 303, respectively. Among 5,295 articles, 1,787 had altmetric scores, with a total of 51,180 social media mentions recorded. Open-access articles demonstrated significantly higher altmetric scores and citation counts compared to non-open-access articles. A positive and significant correlation was observed between social media mentions and citation counts.
Conclusion: The scientific output of Mazums showed substantial growth during this period. Increased presence on social media was positively correlated with citation impact, underscoring the importance of altmetric measures in evaluating research influence. These findings can inform research policies and support initiatives to enhance the university’s academic quality
