عنوان فارسی تحلیل رابطۀ شریعت، طریقت و حقیقت در آثار عرفانی با رویکرد پاسخ به اشکالات منتقدین
چکیده فارسی مقاله یکی از مباحث چالشی میان عرفا و فقها میزان توجه به باطن و حقیقتِ شریعت است. عرفا با طراحی یک نظام متشکل از شریعت، طریقت و حقیقت، نگاهی جامع به احکام، آداب و معارف دین داشته‌اند؛ اما همین دیدگاه مورد انتقادات قرار گرفته است. برای شناخت و قضاوت دقیق‌تر دیدگاه عرفا لازم است ابتدا مفهوم این سه واژه و رابطۀ آن‌ها با یکدیگر مورد بازنگری قرار گیرد. ازاین‌رو هدف از این تحقیق بررسی مفهوم و رابطۀ شریعت، طریقت و حقیقت در دیدگاه عارفان و پاسخ به اشکالات منتقدین با روش توصیفی‌تحلیلی و با استناد به ادلۀ نقلی، عقلی و شهودی است. نتیجه اینکه شریعت شامل احکام فقهی و بُعد ظاهری اخلاق، طریقت شامل سیر باطنی انسان و بُعد باطنی اخلاق و حقیقت مربوط به شهود باطنی حق‌تعالی، اسماء و صفات او می‌شود. رابطۀ شریعت، طریقت و حقیقت نه عرضی، بلکه طولی است و هرکدام باطن مورد قبلی است. بنابراین تعبیر از قشر به شریعت به‌معنای بی‌توجهی به آن نیست و شریعت علت در وصول به حقیقت و بقا در آن است؛ لذا هیچ‌گاه انسان از شریعت بی‌نیاز نیست. حقیقت چیزی بر شریعت نمی‌افزاید و شهود منافی عقل و وحی نیست و معیار شهود نیز شریعت است.

عنوان انگلیسی Analyzing the relationship between Shari'ah, Tariqah, and Haqiqah in mystical works with a focus on addressing criticisms from critics
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله One of the challenging topics between mystics and jurists is the amount of attention to the inner and truth of the law. The mystics have taken a comprehensive look at the rulings, customs, and teachings of religion by designing a system of law, method and truth. But the same view has been criticized. To understand and judge more accurately, it is necessary to review the concept of these three words and their relationship with each other. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the concept and relationship of the Shari'a, the way and the truth in the mystics 'view and to respond to critics' bugs in an analytical descriptive method based on the narrative, rational and intuitive evidence. The result is that the Shari'a includes jurisprudential and the appearance of ethics, the manner of humanity, and the esoteric dimension of ethics and truth related to the inner intuition of transcendence, his names and attributes. The relationship between the Shari'a is not transverse, but long, and each is the inner case. Therefore, the interpretation of the cortex to the law does not mean disregard for it, and the law is the cause of the truth and survival; So human beings are never needed from the Shari'a. The truth does not add anything to the Shari'ah and the intuition is not the disadvantage of reason and revelation, and the criterion of witnesses is the Shari'a.
