عنوان فارسی معادلات ساختاری رابطه شفقت به خود با کیفیت زندگی و نقش میانجی خودکارآمدی در افراد مبتلا به دیابت نوع ۲: یک مطالعه توصیفی
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: دیابت، یک اختلال متابولیکی است و مشکلات متعددی در حوزه‌‌های پزشکی، روانی، خانوادگی، شغلی، عاطفی و اجتماعی از عوارض دیابت هستند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین نقش واسط‌های خودکارآمدی در رابطه بین شفقت به خود و کیفیت زندگی در افراد با بیماری دیابت نوع 2 انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌‌ها: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه بیماران مبتلا به دیابت مراجعه‌کننده به بیمارستان تخصصی و فوق تخصصی امام سجاد (ع) تبریز در سال 1403 بود که تعداد 250 نفر به روش هدف‌مند انتخاب شدند. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها با پرسش‌نامه‌های فرم کوتاه کیفیت زندگی سازمان بهداشت جهانی (World Health Organization Quality-of-Life Scale-BREF، 1989)، پرسش‌نامه شفقت به خود Wang (2022)، پرسش‌نامه خودکارآمدی مرتبط با مدیریت دیابت Fappa Evaggelia (2016) بود. به منظور تحلیل داده­‌ها از روش معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد.
یافته‌‌ها: بین شفقت به خود و سلامت جسمانی (59/0=r)، سلامت روانی (53/0=r)، سلامت اجتماعی (63/0=r) و سلامت محیطی (55/0=r) رابطه مثبت معنی‌دار وجود دارد (001/0P<). هم‌چنین، خودکارآمدی با سلامت جسمانی (57/0=r)، روانی (54/0=r)، اجتماعی (33/0=r) و محیطی (52/0=r) رابطه معنی‌دار وجود دارد (001/0P<). هم‌چنین، خودکارآمدی در رابطه بین شفقت به خود با ابعاد کیفیت زندگی دارای نقش میانجی بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌‌های مطالعه حاضر، با توجه به تأثیر مثبت شفقت به خود و خودکارآمدی بر ابعاد کیفیت زندگی، طراحی مداخلاتی برای تقویت این دو مؤلفه در بیماران دیابتی پیشنهاد می‌‌شود.

عنوان انگلیسی Structural Equation Modeling of the Relationship Between Self-Compassion and Quality of Life, and the Mediating Role of Self-Efficacy in People with Type 2 Diabetes: A Descriptive Study
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objectives: Diabetes is a metabolic disorder which is associated with numerous complications in the medical, psychological, family, occupational, emotional, and social domains. The present study aimed to determine the mediating role of self-efficacy in the relationship between self-compassion and quality of life in people with type 2 diabetes.
Materials and Methods: In the present descriptive-correlational study, the statistical population included all patients with diabetes referred to Imam Sajjad (AS) Specialized and Subspecialty Hospital in Tabriz in 2024, of which 250 people were selected purposively. Data was collected using the World Health Organization Quality-of-Life Scale (WHO-QOL-BREF, 1989), Wang’s Self-Compassion Questionnaire (2022), and Evaggelia Fappa's Diabetes Management Self-Efficacy Questionnaire (2016). Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data.
Results: There was a significant positive relationship between self-compassion and physical health (r=0.59), mental health (r=0.53), social health (r=0.63), and environmental health (r=0.55) (p<0.001). There was also a significant relationship between self-efficacy and physical health (r=0.57), mental health (r=0.54), social health (r=0.33), and environmental health (r=0.52) (p<0.001). Also, self-efficacy had a mediating role in the relationship between self-compassion and quality of life dimensions.
Conclusion: Based on the findings of the current study, and given to the positive effects of self-compassion and self-efficacy on quality of life dimensions, it is recommended that interventions be designed to strengthen these two elements in diabetic people.
