چکیده انگلیسی مقاله This paper provides the first occurrence report of Pisaura novicia (L. Koch, 1878) from India, based on male and female specimens collected from the ecozone area of the Great Himalayan National Park Conservation Area, Himachal Pradesh. The distribution of the species ranges from the Mediterranean to Central Asia. The previous Indian records of the genus are only from the coastal belts of Andhra Pradesh and Gujarat, thereby the current study extends the range of Indian Pisaura spp. northwards to the Western Himalayas.
