عنوان فارسی ارائه الگوی لجستیک یکپارچه معاونت آماد و پشتیبانی فراجا
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: هدف تحقیق حاضر ارائه الگوی لجستیک یکپارچه معاونت آماد و پشتیبانی فراجا است.
روش: روش تحقیق حاضر ترکیبی (کیفی و کمی) است. در بخش کیفی با استفاده از ابزار مصاحبه از 25 نفر از خبرگان مرتبط، معیارهای لجستیک یکپارچه با روش تحلیل مضمون کدگذاری و شناسایی شدند. سپس در مرحله بعد با استفاده از نسبت اعتبار محتوایی[1] و نظارت شش نفر از خبرگان، شاخص‌های شناسایی شده حاصل از مصاحبه‌ها اعتبارسنجی شدند. در بخش کمی تحقیق نیز به منظور بررسی اعتبار مدل طراحی شده، از پرسشنامه‌ای که 110 نفر از کارشناسان حوزه مرتبط به آن پاسخ دادند و تحلیل آن به روش تحلیل عاملی تائیدی در نرم‌افزار لیزرل[2] انجام پذیرفت، استفاده شد.
یافته ­ها: بر اساس یافته‌های تحقیق حاصل از مصاحبه با خبرگان، 49 مضمون پایه در قالب پنج مضمون سازمان دهنده (شامل: یکپارچگی اطلاعاتی، یکپارچگی فرآیند، یکپارچگی عملیاتی، یکپارچگی خدمات گیرنده و یکپارچگی تأمین‌کننده) و دو مضمون فراگیر (یکپارچگی درونی و یکپارچگی بیرونی) شناسایی شدند. رتبه‌بندی معیارهای اصلی نیز نشان داد یکپارچگی عملیاتی در رتبه اول اهمیت از نظر پاسخ دهندگان برای یکپارچگی لجستیک قرار دارد.
نتیجه­ گیری: نتایج این تحقیق نمایانگر آن است که معاونت آماد و پشتیبانی فراجا باید با بهره‌گیری از شاخص‌های مختلف به یکپارچگی در ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های مهم اطلاعاتی، فرآیندی، عملیاتی، خدمات گیرندگان و تأمین‌کنندگان در دو مضمون فراگیر درونی و بیرونی برسد و این امر نشان دهنده این مهم است که تغییر ماهیت فعلی آماد و پشتیبانی و حرکت به سوی یک لجستیک یکپارچه از الزامات این سازمان است.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The objective of this research is to present an integrated logistics model for the Deputy of Preparation and Support of Faraja.
Research Method:
The method of the present research is mixed (qualitative and quantitative). In the qualitative part, using the interview tool with 25 relevant experts, integrated logistics criteria were coded and identified using thematic analysis. Then, in the next stage, using the Content Validity Ratio (CVR) and the supervision of six experts, the identified indicators resulting from the interviews were validated. In the quantitative part of the research, to examine the validity of the designed model, a questionnaire was used, which was answered by 110 experts in the relevant field, and its analysis was performed using confirmatory factor analysis in LISREL software.
Findings:
Based on the research findings from interviews with experts, 49 basic themes were identified in the form of five organizing themes (including: informational integration, process integration, operational integration, service recipient integration, and supplier integration) and two overarching themes (internal integration and external integration). The ranking of the main criteria also showed that operational integration ranks first in importance from the respondents' perspective for logistics integration.
Conclusion:
The results of this research indicate that the logistics of the Deputy of Preparation and Support of Faraja must, by utilizing various indicators, achieve integration in the important dimensions and components of information, process, operations, service recipients, and suppliers within the two overarching themes of internal and external integration. This indicates that changing the nature of the current logistics of Preparation and Support and moving towards an integrated logistics is a current requirement of this organization.
