عنوان فارسی ارائه الگوی ارتقاء نظام ارزشیابی آموزش پزشکی
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: نظام ارزشیابی آموزش علوم پزشکی در راستای ارتقای آن، نیازمند الگویی است که بتواند مولفه‌های اصلی نظام آموزشی را مورد رصد و ارزشیابی قرار دهد. هدف از انجام این پژوهش ارائه الگوی ارتقاء نظام ارزشیابی آموزش پزشکی کشور بوده است.
روش‌ها: پژوهش به شیوه ترکیبی و یا روش اکتشافی- متوالی انجام گرفت. بخش کیفی از مصاحبه‌های عمیق نیمه ساختار یافته با 10 نفر از خبرگان در حدود یک ماه به روش اشباع نظری رسید. ‌ تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها در بخش کیفی از تحلیل مضمون استفاده شد. مقوله‌های اصلی و فرعی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار MAXQDA سازماندهی گردید. در بخش کمی از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته برای مدلسازی ساختاری-تفسیری استفاده شد. جامعه آماری کمی کلیه دانشجویان، فارغ‌التحصیلان، اعضای هیات علمی و اساتید علوم پزشکی می‌باشند. در بخش کمی از روش حداقل مربعات جزئی استفاده شده است. حجم نمونه 364 نفر انتخاب گردید. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار (SPSS) نسخه 26 برای انجام پیش‌پردازش داده‌ها ازجمله محاسبه آماره‌های توصیفی و جهت آمار استنباطی در این تحقیق از مدل معادلات ساختاری یا همان نرم‌افزار Smart PLS استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: بر اساس یافته‌ها کدهای توصیفی حاصل از متون مصاحبه، 48 مضمون فرعی شناسایی و با توجه به شباهت و قرابت معنایی آنها، در 9 مضمون اصلی دسته بندی گردید. برای ارائه مدل اولیه ارتقای نظام ارزشیابی آموزش پزشکی از روش مدلسازی ساختاری-تفسیری استفاده شد. که 9 متغیر در مدل وجود داشته و تمامی آنها دارای رابطه معنادار با سایر متغیرهای مدل بودند.
نتیجه‌گیری: . بر این اساس مؤلفه‌های مربوط به سیاست‌گذاری و جهت گیری‌های کلان و منابع و زیرساخت‌های برنامه آموزشی بیشترین تأثیرگذاری را بر ارتقای نظام ارزشیابی آموزش پزشکی  و مدل حاضر دارا می‌باشند.

عنوان انگلیسی Providing a Model for Improving the Assessment System of Medical Education
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: For improving the medical science education Assessment system, it needs a model that can monitor and evaluate the main components of the educational system. The purpose of this research was to provide a model for improving country's medical education assessment system.
Methods: The research was conducted in a combined or exploratory-sequential method. The qualitative part of in-depth semi-structured interviews with 10 experts reached theoretical saturation in about a month. Data analysis was used in the qualitative part of thematic analysis. The main and subcategories were organized using MAXQDA software. In the quantitative part, a researcher-made questionnaire was used for structural-interpretive modeling. The quantitative statistical population is all students, graduates, faculty members and professors of medical sciences. The partial least squares method is used in the quantitative part. The sample size was 364 people. For data analysis, SPSS version 26 software was used to perform data pre-processing, including the calculation of descriptive statistics and for inferential statistics in this research, structural equation model or Smart PLS software was used.
Results: The result showed that there were 9 variables in the model and they have one or more relationships with other model variables. Structural-interpretive modeling method was used to present the initial model for improving the assessment system of medical education. that there were 9 variables in the model and all of them had a significant relationship with other variables of the model.
Conclusion: Accordingly, the components related to policymaking and macro orientations and the resources and infrastructure of the educational program have the greatest impact on the improvement of the medical education assessment system and the current model.
