عنوان فارسی شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی عوامل مؤثر بر پیاده‌سازی مدیریت دانش با استفاده از تکنیک TOPSIS (مطالعه موردی: کتابخانه‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بندرعباس)
چکیده فارسی مقاله  زمینه و هدف: مدیریت دانش به‌عنوان یکی از موضوعات جالب و چالش‌برانگیز علم مدیریت در هزاره جدید است. کتابخانه‌ها و مراکز اطلاع‌رسانی در محیط آموزشی و پژوهشی نظیر دانشگاه‌ها از مستعدترین مکان‌ها برای پیاده‌سازی برنامه‌های مدیریت دانش هستند. هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی عوامل مؤثر بر پیاده‌سازی مدیریت دانش در کتابخانه‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بندرعباس با استفاده از تکنیک TOPSIS است.

روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی- پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری شامل کتابداران کتابخانه‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بندرعباس در سال تحصیلی 1393-1392 است (88 نفر) که به علت محدودیت حجم جامعه نمونه‌گیری صورت نگرفته است. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته بر مبنای عوامل مدل Bukowitz و William است. روایی صوری پرسشنامه توسط اساتید مجرب تأیید و برای تعیین پایایی آن از فرمول Cronbach's alfa استفاده شد که مقدار آن 80/0 &alpha = برآورد شد. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی به کمک نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS استفاده‌شده است.

یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که تمام عوامل مدل Bukowitz و William (یافتن، به‌کارگیری، یادگیری، تسهیم، ارزیابی، ایجاد/ نگهداری و حذف دانش) بر پیاده‌سازی مدیریت دانش در کتابخانه‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بندرعباس مؤثر است. همچنین در رتبه‌بندی این عوامل با استفاده از تکنیک TOPSIS مشخص شد که عامل "تسهیم دانش" بیشترین و عامل "حذف دانش" کمترین تأثیر را در پیاده‌سازی مدیریت دانش در کتابخانه‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی دانشگاه بندرعباس دارد.

بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: اجرای این برنامه‌ها در محیط‌های بهداشتی و درمانی که اشتراک دانش از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است، موجبات خدمات‌رسانی بهتر و بالطبع آن تسهیل یادگیری، آموزش و پژوهش خواهد شد، لذا شناخت عوامل مؤثر و رتبه‌بندی آن‌ها بسیار حائز اهمیت است. با توجه به نتایج حاصله عوامل مدل Bukowitz و William به‌عنوان مدلی جامع در اجرای موفقیت‌آمیز مدیریت دانش مؤثر خواهد بود.

عنوان انگلیسی Identification and Ranking of Factors affecting the implementation of Knowledge Management based on TOPSIS Technique
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Aim:  Knowledge management is one of the most interesting and challenging issues of the management in the new millennium. Educational and research institutions such as libraries and information centers are the most suitable places for the implementation of knowledge management programs. This study aims at identification and ranking the factors affecting the implementation of knowledge management based on TOPSIS technique in libraries of Bandar Abbas Medical Sciences University.

Materials and Method: This research is a descriptive survey study. The population consists of librarians of libraries of Bandar Abbas Medical Sciences University (88 persons) in 2012-2013, due to the limited size of population, the sampling wasn’t done. To collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire on the basis of Bukowitz and William’s model was used.

 Face validity was confirmed by experienced professors and the reliability was estimated to be 0.80 using Cronbach’s Alpha. The data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics by SPSS software.

Results: Results showed that all the factors of Bukowitz and William’s model (finding, use, learning, sharing, evaluation, development / maintenance, and the removal of the knowledge) in the implementation of KM in the libraries of  Bandar Abbas Medical Sciences University are effective. In ranking the factors based on TOPSIS technique, it was seen that “knowledge sharing” is the most important factor and “the removal of knowledge” has the least impact on the implementation of knowledge management.

Conclusion: Implementing of these programs in health environments where knowledge sharing is important, leads to present better services, to facilitate learning, teaching, and research. Therefore, understanding effective factors and ranking them is very important. According to the obtained results, Bukowitz and William’s model is a comprehensive model for the successful implementation of knowledge management.
