عنوان انگلیسی Design and Implementation of Split-phase Inverter using Capacitor Voltage Balancing Circuit for Electric Vehicle-to-Load Application
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Electric vehicles (EVs) are gradually replacing internal combustion engine vehicles thanks to its advantages such as environmental friendliness and cost savings. To enhance user convenience, Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) has been integrated into EVs, that allows to supply power from EVs to domestic loads such as TV, fan, lights, etc., that suitable for travelling activities or power outage events. This study proposes a topology for DC/AC stage of V2L system and focuses on power circuit and control structure design for this topology. The proposed topology features split-phase output (output of inverter has 2 levels of voltage 120/240V), that suitable for the countries, which have electrical systems that operate at two different voltage level or variation in rated voltage levels of household electrical devices. Control structure for this topology is also presented, in which balancing inductor current is controlled to minimize balancing capacitors voltage ripple. Additionally, the current load estimator is used to improve significantly the voltage THD by 75% when operating non-linear loads. Simulation and experimental results of converter prototype are implemented to verify all considerations.
