عنوان فارسی دیدگاه پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان‌های علوم پزشکی تهران در زمینه نقش‌ها و فعالیت‌های پرستاری
چکیده فارسی مقاله پرستاران نقش‌ها و وظائف مختلفی برای کمک به بیمار یا بستگان و افراد جامعه ایفاء می‌نمایند مانند نقش‌های آموزشی، مراقبتی، حمایتی، حفاظتی و هماهنگ‌کننده و ارائه خدمات مطلوب پرستاری بستگی به ایفای نقش‌های مختلف دارد. پرستاران با افزایش آگاهی خود در زمینه نقش‌ها و استفاده مناسب از آن در موقعیت‌های مختلف می‌توانند باعث موفقیت در طرح‌های درمانی شوند. این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی است که به منظور بررسی دیدگاه پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران در زمینه نقش‌ها و فعالیت‌های پرستاران انجام شده است. واحدهای مورد پژوهش در این تحقیق شامل 104 پرستار شاغل بودند و از طریق نمونه گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه سه قسمتی مشتمل بر 8 سؤال مربوط به خصوصیات دموگرافیک، 41 سؤال مربوط به نقش‌های چهارگانه در حیطه‌های آموزشی، حمایتی، حفاظتی و هماهنگ کننده و دو سؤال باز درباره موانع موجود در ایفای نقش‌ها و پیشنهادها برای رفع موانع بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها توسط نرم‌افزار SPSS و آمار توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش در ارتباط با فعالیت‌هایی که توسط پرستاران در بیمارستان ایفاء می‌شود نشان داد بیشترین فعالیت در زمینه نقش آموزشی مربوط به آموزش به بیمار، در نقش حمایتی مربوط به توجه از بیماران مضطرب و بی‌قرار، در نقش حفاظتی مربوط به محافظت از آنژیوکت و پانسمان و در نقش هماهنگ‌کننده مربوط به هماهنگی در مورد ویزیت روزانه بوده است. میزان ایفای نقش‌ها و توانائی و آمادگی انجام آنها در حیطه‌های مختلف نشان داد که 7/31% از فعالیت‌های آموزشی، 6/35% فعالیت حمایتی، 45/38% فعالیت‌های حفاظتی و 8/54% فعالیت‌های هماهنگ‌ کننده در سطح مطلوب انجام می‌گیرد و بیشترین درصد فعالیت‌های نامطلوب با 8/30%، مربوط به نقش حمایتی پرستار می‌باشد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد توانایی و آمادگی پرستاران برای ایفای فعالیت‌ها در چهار حیطه آموزشی - حمایتی، حفاظتی، هماهنگی «خوب» و «متوسط» می‌باشد. در ضمن عواملی همچون خستگی، نداشتن آموزش ضمن خدمت، کمبود پرسنل، امکانات و درآمد ... از عوامل مهم تأثیرگذار بر ایفای نقش‌ها می‌باشد و پیشنهادهایی برای رفع موانع عنوان شد.

عنوان انگلیسی Perspective of the nursing staff at hospitals affiliated to the Tehran University of Medical Sciences on the roles and activities of the nurses
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Nurses play various roles and have various responsibilities in helping patients or other members of the society for example in training, providing support, caring, and in coordinating. The proper performance of these services is dependent on their undertaking of these various responsibilities. Nurses with increased knowledge as to their responsibilities and the proper fulfilling of these in the various fields can be influential in the success of treatment measures. This research is a descriptive study to assess the nursing staff’s perception of their roles and activities at hospitals affiliated to the Tehran University of Medical Sciences, conducted on a random sampling in the years of 2001 -2002. Some 104 male and female members of the nursing staff, randomly chosen, participated in this research. The data was collected by means of some questionnaires of 3 parts containing 8 questions related to demographic characteristics, 41 questions related to the quadric roles namely, teaching, supporting, protecting, coordinating, and 2 open questions regarding obstacles and their suggestions in preventing these obstacles. Analysis of data has been done by using SPSS descriptive and inferential statistics. The results with respect to the roles of nurses in different fields show that most of their roles were in teaching activities in relation to patients, in support relating to stressful and upset patients, in the field of protection during catheterizing and dressing and coordinating daily visits. Results relating to the level of performance of these responsibilities are as follows 31.7% in training activities, 35.6% supporting activities, 38.45% protection and 54.8% coordinating activities, respectively, stood at a favorable level. The greatest percentage of unfavorable performance was noted in the supporting role of the nurses. The results also showed that the level of readiness of the nurses to perform the above mentioned four roles was registered as average to good. In addition some factors such as frustration, lack of on the job training, insufficient number of personnel, lack of proper facilities, and insufficient income…, have a great impact on nurses and the removal of obstacles in the performance of their duties.
