عنوان انگلیسی P-67: Immunophenotypic Analysis of Lymphocytes Margins of Surface and Glandular Epithelium of Stomach in Carcinoid and Reactive Dysplastic Conditions and Their Discreminator Value in Gastric Biopsy or Gastrectomy Samples at Shahid Beheshti andYahya Nejad Hospitals in Babol
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Objective: Our aim was to study the differences among the Reactive hyperplasia (RH), indefinite for dysplasia (In.dys), Dysplasia (dys) and carcinoma of stomach through expression analysis of lymphocytes biomarkers of lesions margins and the possible practical use in differentiation of these lesions. Materials and Methods: Paraffin blocks related to 19RH, S In. dys, 20 Dys and 15 carcinoma samples were chosen according to Radvoa classification criteria and the painting was done over them for markers: using the Envision Technique and finally, the differences among them have been analyzed regarding to markers incidence. Results: The expression rate of CD4 in lymphocytes margins of RH, In. dys, dys and carcinoma are 15% , 21$ and 31% respectively, that its expression amounts in In. dys and dys have no significant difference with one another, But in general, it increases from RH to carcinoma the expression rate of CD8 in lymphocytes location margins of RH, Indys, Dys and carcinoma are 27.4%, 28.2%,18.4% and 22.2.% respectively that has no significant difference in RH and In. Dys with each other, But In general, it has significant reduction from RH towards carcinoma in lesion process. The expression rate of CD20 in lymphocyte of RH, IN. dys, Dys and carcinoma have been 27%, 21%,19% and 14% respectively that has significant reduction from RH to carcinoma similar to CD8, and the expression of CD36 is 11%,14%,10% and 12% respectively that shows no significant difference. Conclusion: The expression of CD4 has increased from RH to carcinoma, CD8 and CD20 have significant reduction. The expression of CD65 has no significant difference in lesion process.
