عنوان انگلیسی Pnm-6: The Primary Dysmenorrhea and Complementary Medicine in Iran: A Systematic Review
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background: Many women experience primary dysmenorrhea, and to get away from it, they resort to natural remedies and alternative medicine. Health care providers should help women to make a decision based on the evidence in relation with IRAN alternative treatments available and equipped to high quality information to reduce severity of pain during the menstrual cycle. Materials and methods: Electronic searching through Medline, Sid, Irandoc, Magiran, Journals of herbal drugs and sports sciences was performed. Moreover, through internet search engines (e.g. Google and Yahoo), randomized clinical trials of herbal and complementary medicine for dysmenorrhea in Iran were identified. The bibliographies of articles and students' theses were searched and evaluated. 24 clinical trial article alternatives that are associated with primary dysmenorrhea were studied. Results: The data effectively means that exercise, acupressure, acupuncture, relaxation, vibration and heat, thyme, chamomile tea, Hypericum perforatum, platyloba, fennel, ginger, dill, celery, saffron, anise, lemon balm flower Maryam, valerian, mint extract, pure honey on pain of primary dysmenorrhea protection. Conclusion: The data effectively means that exercise, acupressure, acupuncture, relaxation, vibration and heat, thyme, chamomile tea, Hypericum perforatum, platyloba, fennel, ginger, dill, celery, saffron, anise,lemon balm flower Maryam , valerian, mint extract, pure honey on pain of primary dysmenorrhea protection.
