چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background: Spiritual is the most important dimension of existence in more than a third of the people and it has been at the center of their lives as strong force and so may have an influence on a person's quality of life. Infertile women are at risk of so much stress and anxiety. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between spiritual health and quality of life in infertile women who referred to Isfahan infertility. Materials and Methods: In this cross-sectional study, 210 infertile women 20 to 45 years who referred to Isfahan infertility centers were selected through convenience sampling. To assess the spiritual health and quality of life spiritual well- binge scale (SWBS) and World Health Organization WHOQOL- BREF Quality of Life Questionnaire were used. Results: The results of this study showed that the mean of total score of quality of life was (87.9), the psychological dimension of quality of infertile women (20.2), social dimension (11.1) and spiritual health (97.7). There is a direct relationship between Spiritual heath and the total score of quality of life (r=0.519 p< 0.001), psychological dimension (r=0.554, p< 0.001) and social (r=0.419, p< 0.001) quality of life. Conclusion: Infertility is a multi-faceted problem and can cause multi damage to women and influence the quality of their lives which can improve quality of life in infertile women with promotion of the spiritual health.
