چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background: Regarding the develops of treatment and management of infertility during recent three decades, success of these methods is limited. Therefore, this study tried to show how corticosteroid therapy improves the results of ICSI. Materials and Methods: This semi clinical trail studywithout control group, including infertile women were candidate to ICSI of Kosar infertility center in urmia university of medical sciences from 2011 to2013. Patients received prednisolone that started from one day before embryo transfer to 7days. Then the process stopped. Women were followed by pregnancy test (B-hCG), then in the 6 weeks and 20 weeks by sonography. Results: 181 patients entered to the study. Incidence rate of chemical pregnancy was 48.1 % (87), clinical pregnancy rate with appearance of fetal heart was 44/2% (80), incidence rate of abortion before appearance of fetal heart (6weeks) in women with intra uterus pregnancy was 5.9 % (5), incidence rate of abortion before 20 weeks was12.9% (11). Incidence rate of Ectopic pregnancy was 2.3% (2) and rate of twine, triples pregnancy was 32.5% (26). Conclusion: For further study, undergoing prednisolone effect including randomized clinical trial is suggested.
