عنوان فارسی توجه ویژه به مشاوره ژنتیک در دوره بارداری در سندرم‌های سرطان خانوادگی(نامه به سردبیر)
چکیده فارسی مقاله خانم 33 ساله‌ای در دوران بارداری (6 ماهگی) G3P1Ab1 جهت مشاوره حین بارداری در آذر ماه 1384 به اینجانب ارجاع گردید. این خانم به دنبال ازدواج نوه عمو متولد شده بود که پدر وی در سن 63 سالگی مبتلا به دیابت در اثر سکته قلبی فوت شده بود. وی دارای 1 خواهر، 3 برادر و مادری سالم بود. سایر بستگان درجه دو این خانم (عمه – عمو – خاله – دایی) بدون مشکل طبی خاصی بودند. ایشان به دنبال ازدواج با یک فرد غیرفامیل دارای یک فرزند پسر (4 ساله) و یک مورد سقط بود. همسر ایشان 36 ساله، دارای ضایعه استخوانی خوش‌خیم در انگشت دوم پای راست و با درد و سیانوز در سن 33 سالگی بوده که به دنبال تبی 2 ماهه تظاهر یافته بود. در اسکن استخوان ضایعه‌ای خفیف گزارش شد و در 2 سال اخیر نیز پیشرفتی نداشته است.خواهر همسر این خانم در 23 سالگی با تشخیص سرطان استخوان فمور و متاستاز به ریه فوت شده بود. سایر خواهران و برادران همسر سالم و بدون مشکل بودند. یک عمه همسر بدلیل سرطان ریه تشخیص داده شده در 41 سالگی، در سن 45 سالگی فوت می‌نماید

عنوان انگلیسی Special attention to genetic counseling regarding familial cancer syndromes during pregnancy (Letter to Editor)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Performing research on (human) volunteers may involve useful or harmful effects. To preserve the volunteers' dignity, numerous world associations have issued declarations such as Nuremberg's, Helsinki's, Belmont's report, etc. One of the four ethical principles in research is respecting volunteers' rights and the most obvious aspect of this respect materializes in obtaining the volunteers' informed consent. Materials & Methods: This informed consent form has been compiled by a Delphi quality study which 15 experts have participated in its designation and compilation. At first, the experts replied the questions posed by the researchers on the frame and contents of the form. Then, the replies were summarized and once again were sent to the experts for a second revision. Eventually, the final form was edited by a Persian language expert. Results: The final result of this research is an informed consent form which includes three main parts: introduction, body and places provided for signatures. Conclusion: Compilers of this form find it a suitable and useful way to obtain volunteers' in-formed consent. This form has been prepared for all researchers in different fields of medical science and the authors welcome any comments, suggestions or criticisms by professors and specialists.
