عنوان فارسی ضرورت بررسی ابعاد مختلف سقط جنین در ایران
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: سالیانه زندگی و سلامت میلیونها انسان به علت پایان بخشیدن به حاملگی‌های ناخواسته در معرض خطر جدی قرار می‌گیرد. وقوع میزان چشمگیر سقط‌های القایی و غیربهداشتی در سراسر جهان و به ویژه در جوامع در حال توسعه و منجر شدن بسیاری از این سقطها به مرگ و میر مادران در سنین باروری، برجای گذاردن صدها هزار ناتوانی جسمی و جنسی، گزارش بالاترین آمار و ارقام سقط‌های غیرایمن از جوامع در حال توسعه به ویژه جوامعی با منع و محدودیت قانونی بیشتر، از مشکلات عمده سلامت باروری زنان است که ضرورت بررسی جامع ابعاد مختلف سقط جنین را در جوامع مختلف و از جمله ایران (سالیانه با حداقل 000/80 سقط) آشکار می‌سازد. هدف از این مطالعه آشنائی با معضل سقط جنین در جامعه است که ممنوعیت‌های موجود شرعی، قانونی و فرهنگی موجب افزایش میزان سقط جنین به صورت سقط‌های القایی و غیربهداشتی گردیده است. بررسی علل این افزایش و به دنبال آن آگاه‌سازی جامعه نسبت به ابعاد متنوع معضلات سقط‌های غیربهداشتی از اهداف این تحقیق است، تا از یکسو با آشناسازی صاحبنظران و قانونگذاران با وضعیت موجود کشور و جهان، زمینه تغییر نگرش فراهم گردد و از سوی دیگر زمینه رفع معضلات و جلوگیری از روند افزایش میزان سقط‌های غیربهداشتی، با بکارگیری آموزش‌های لازم و قانونمند کردن سقط در موارد ممکن فراهم گردد. روش مطالعه: این پژوهش با بهره‌گیری از روش مطالعه اسنادی و کتابخانه‌ای تدوین گردیده است. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به جوانی جمعیت ایران، تغییر نگرش زنان در مورد بعد خانواده، تأخیر در ازدواج، نبود والدین در اوقات زیادی از روز در خانواده، تأثیر محدودیت‌های قانونی بر روند شکل‌گیری سقط غیربهداشتی، به خطر انداختن سلامت روانی- اجتماعی جسمی و جنسی زنان و مردان و افزایش هزینه‌های درمانی و تأثیر آن بر بودجه بهداشتی، نیازمند تغییراتی در سیاست‌های قانونی با بهره‌گیری از مفهوم سلامت از دیدگاه سازمان بهداشت جهانی می‌باشد تا شاهد کاهش چشمگیر سقط‌های غیربهداشتی باشیم. به نظر می‌رسد امکان دستیابی به راهکارهای قانونی با لحاظ نمودن ابعاد جامع سقط جنین و با بهره‌گیری از عدم اجماع فقهی در مورد «زمان ولوج روح» و با تکیه بر قانون مستند و توانمند اسلامی «لاحرج»، تجویز سقط جنین در مواردی خاص میسر خواهد بود.

عنوان انگلیسی The necessity of a comprehensive study on abortion in Iran
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Each year health and lives of millions of people are endangered by the termina-tion of unwanted pregnancies. Unsafe induced abortions happen very often all over the world, especially in developing countries which many lead to death and disability of women in their fertility years. The highest incidence of unsafe induced abortions are reported from developing countries, especially those that impose tighter legal restrictions. These important problems which inflict women, need to be addressed by a comprehensive study on different aspects of abortion in such societies as Iran, which is confronting about 80,000 abortions each year. On of the objectives of this study was familiarization with the problem of abortion in the Iranian society where religious, legal and cultural prohibitions have lead to an increase in unsafe induced abor-tions. Other objectives of this study were to evaluate the causes of this increase, to assess the need for educative information on different aspects of unsafe abortions, to familiarize the legisla-tive authorities with the present condition of the country and to make preparations for a change in views and also to cultivate the social grounds to reduce the increasing rate of such abortions. Methods: This study was based on literature and documentation reviews. Results and Discussion: Considering the young age of the Iranian population, changes in the views of Iraian women on the family size, late marriages, absence of parents at home in most of the day time, committing unsafe abortions due to the pressures exerted by restrictive legislations, endangering physical, sexual and psychosocial health of men and women and the increased treat-ment expenses and their effect on the health care budget, require great steps to be taken to make changes in legislative policies by applying WHO’s views on the concept of health to hopefully witness a pronounced reduction in unsafe abortions. It seems that there are the possibilities to achieve legal solutions by considering the comprehensive aspects of abortion and taking divagate of the uncertainties and absence of a unified jurisprudential view on the time of soul inspiration and by relying on the robust law of "hardship", prescription of abortion in some instarces can come true.
