عنوان فارسی شیوه‏های حل مسئله و سازگاری زناشویی در زوجهای نابارور و بارور
چکیده فارسی مقاله بر اساس نتایج تحقیقات مختلف، اغلب زوجهایی که مشکل باروری دارند، به شکل عمیق و بنیادین تنیده‏اند. ناباروری تأثیرات گسترده و وسیع روانی از جمله احساس درماندگی، تعارض، سرخوردگی و بر روی فرد دارد. بدین منظور، این مطالعه با هدف بررسی شیوه‏های حل مسئله و سازگاری زناشویی در زوجهای نابارور و مقایسه آن با زوجهای بارور انجام شده است. 71 زوج نابارور مراجعه کننده برای درمان به مراکز درمان ناباروری در شهرهای تهران و اصفهان و 28 زوج بارور طبیعی مراجعه کننده به یک مرکز بهداشتی – درمانی در شهرستان اصفهان جهت نخستین معاینات بارداری خود، در این مطالعه شرکت کردند. هیچیک از زوجهای شرکت کننده صاحب فرزند نبودند. هر یک از زوجین به طور جداگانه به آزمون سازگاری زناشویی، پرسشنامه شیوه‏های حل مسئله و پرسشنامه‏ای حاوی پاره‏ای اطلاعات دموگرافیک پاسخ دادند. تحلیل نتایج حاصل به صورت انفرادی و زوجین با یگدیگر نشان داد که سازگاری زناشویی و شیوه‏های حل مسئله در زوجین نابارور با زوجهای بارور متفاوت نیست. مقایسه زوجین با یکدیگر نشان داد که زنان نابارور کنترل درونی کمتری نسبت به توانایی خود در حل مشکلات نشان می‏دهند. طبقه‏بندی زوجها از نظر سازگاری به دو گروه سازگار و تنیده، نشان داد که شیوه‏های حل مسئله در زوجین ناسازگار منفی‏تر است. بررسی ضرایب همبستگی متغیرهای مختلف تحقیق نشان می‏دهد که در زوجهای نابارور شیوه‏های حل مسئله در فرد و همسر وی، قدرت بالایی برای پیش‏بینی سطح سازگاری زناشویی زوجین نشان می‏دهند. نتایج نشان می‏دهد که سازگاری زناشویی زوجهای بارور و نابارور با یکدیگر تفاوت معنی‏داری ندارد. تضاد و ابهامات موجود در مقاله، احتمالاً بدین دلیل است که گروههای مختلف با ناباروری به شیوه‏های متفاوتی برخورد می‏کنند. به عبارت دیگر ناباروری برای همه ناباروران به صورت مشابه و یکسانی تجربه نمی‏شود.

عنوان انگلیسی Problem solving strategies and marital adjustment in infertile and fertile couples
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Various studies show that most of couples with fertility problems are distressed deeply. Infertility has broad psychological effects such as feeling distress, conflict, despair and … on individuals. Objective of this study is to examine the problem solving strategies and martial adjustment in infertile couples and to compare with fertile couples. 71 infertile couples referring for treatment, to an infertility treatment center in Tehran and Isfahan and 28 normal fertile couples, referring for check up of their first pregnancy, to a treatment center in Isfahan, participated in this study. None of the participants had a child. Each of the partners answered separately the Marital Adjustment Test (MAT) and the Problem Solving Strategies Inventory and a questionnaire containing some demographic information. The analysis of the result showed that there were no difference between fertile and infertile couples in problem solving strategies and marital adjustment. The comparison between the couples indicated that the infertile woman showed a lower internal control toward their ability in solving problems. Categorizing couples into two adjusted and distressed groups regarding the MAT scores, indicated that the problem solving strategies are more negative in distressed couples. Examining correlation of different variables indicated that in infertile couples, problem-solving strategies of the individual and his/her spouse significantly predicts the couple’s level of adjustment. Results show that marital adjustment of fertile and infertile couples have no significant differences. Conflict and gloom found, is probably due to various approaches which different groups take toward infertility. In another word, not all the infertile persons face the infertility similarly.
