چکیده انگلیسی مقاله A 70 years old man was referred to our center with bilateral knee arthritis following intra-articular petrol injection. As a result of the previous use of antibiotics, gram stain and culture were negative. Patient was diagnosed with septic arthritis and was treated by antibiotics and drainage. After two years, his mobility improved and he was able to walk, although, he endured some limitations. © 2013 KUMS, All rights reserved
