عنوان فارسی اختلالات روانی در دختران بالای ۱۵ سال ساکن مراکز حمایتی شهر کرمان در سال ۱۳۸۰
چکیده فارسی مقاله خلاصه سابقه و هدف: اختلالات روانی، اختلالات شایعی می‌باشند. این اختلالات باعث کاهش عملکرد اجتماعی افراد مبتلا می‌شوند. بعضی گروه‌های خاص مانند نوجوانان بی‌سرپرست نسبت به ابتلاء به این اختلالات بیشتر آسیب‌پذیر می‌باشند. هدف این مطالعه شناسایی مشکلات روانی در دختران بی‌سرپرست ساکن مراکز حمایتی در کرمان بود. مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه مقطعی، 150 دختر بی‌سرپرست بالای 15 سال که به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شده بودند، مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. آنها از نظر سن و سطح تحصیلات با 150 دختر دبیرستانی که پدر و مادرشان در قید حیات بودند همتاسازی شدند. دو گروه به وسیله آزمون SCL-90-R مورد سنجش قرار گرفتند. آزمون SCL-90-R دارای 90 ماده است و برای ارزشیابی علائم روانپزشکی مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد. نقطه برش این آزمون در ایران 4/0 گزارش شده است. یافته‌ها: نمره و شیوع لحظه‌ای تمامی مقیاس‌ها در گروه مورد بیشتر از گروه شاهد بود. بیشترین و کمترین نمره‌ها در دو گروه به ترتیب مربوط به مقیاس‌های افکار پارانوئیدی و ترس مرضی بود. بیشترین و کمترین شیوع لحظه‌ای در دو گروه به ترتیب مربوط به شکایات جسمانی و ترس مرضی بود. شیوع لحظه‌ای برای تمامی مقیاس‌ها در گروه مورد 33/90% بود. نتیجه‌گیری: شیوع لحظه‌ای بالا برای تمامی مقیاس نشان‌دهنده آسیب‌پذیری زیاد ایتام می‌باشد. ارزیابی منظم روانی و ارجاع به موقع برای درمان می‌تواند باعث افزایش سطح بهداشت روانی آنها گردد. واژه‌های کلیدی: اختلالات روانی، مؤسسات حمایتی، آزمون SCL-90-R، کرمان

Kerman, Iran Background: psychiatric disorders are common and they have adverse effects on social activities of affected individuals. Special groups such as orphans are more vulnerable to these disorders. The aim of this study was to identify psychiatric problems in orphaned girls living in foster care institutions of kerman Materials and Methods: In this cross – sectional study 150 orphaned girls over 15 years old were living in Kerman foster care institutions were randomly selected. They were matched for age and level of education with 150 non orphaned high school girls. The two groups were assessed by means of SCL-9-R test. SCL-90-R test containing 90 items is a diagnostic instrument for evaluating psychiatric disorders. The cut off point of 0.4 has been reported for Iranian society. Results: The scores and point prevalences of all scales of SCL 90-R were higher in orphans compared to the control group. The highest and lowest scores in both groups belonged to paranoid thoughts and phobia scales respectively. The highest and lowest point prevalences in both groups belonged to somatic complaints and phobia scales respectively. Point prevalence for all scales was 90.33% in the case group. Conclusion: High point prevalence for all scales in orphans showed high vulnerability of orphans to psychiatric disorders. Regular psychiatric evaluation and on time referral for treatment could improve their mental health status.
