عنوان فارسی مطالعه مروری زمین‌لرزه‌‌‌های ۲۵ سال اخیر ایران
چکیده فارسی مقاله yle="text-align: right;"> مقدمه: وقوع زمین‌لرزه‌‌ها در ایران، از شروع قرن بیستم باعث مرگ 126000 نفر شد. ایران دارای گسل‌‌‌های لرزه‌ای است که احتمال ایجاد زلزله‌‌‌های مخرب در سال‌‌های آینده وجود دارد. با این‌حال علی‌رغم اهمیت موضوع، تاکنون مطالعه‌ای برای مرور متون زلزله‌‌های گذشته در ایران انجام نشده است. لذا باید گفت که استفاده از تجارب قبل تأثیرات مثبتی در پاسخ مناسب به حوادث بعدی دارد. هدف انجام این مطالعۀ مروری، استخراج درس‌های آموخته‌‌ در حیطۀ سلامت از زمین‌لرزه‌‌‌های 25 سال اخیر ایران است. yle="text-align: right;"> روش: برای انجام این مطالعۀ مروری، با جستجو در پایگاه‌‌‌های اطلاعاتی PubMed، Google Scholar، Scopus، SID، Magiran، مقالات کنفرانس‌‌‌ها، گزارشات WHO و مقالات منتشر شدۀ 255 سال اخیر، اطلاعات موجود و مرتبط با حیطۀ سلامت با کلید واژه‌های «زمین‌لرزه، درس‌های آموخته و ایران» استخراج شد. yle="text-align: right;"> یافته‌‌‌ها: برای رسیدن به هدف، در مجموع 50 مقاله بررسی شد که از این تعداد، 36 مورد دارای شرایط ورود به مطالعه بودند. پس از بررسی مقالات منتخب، نتایج مقالات فوق کدگذاری و به صورت موضوعی در 10 گروه شامل مقاوم‌سازی سازه‌ای (4 مقاله)، امداد، نجات، اسکان (6 مقاله)، هماهنگی در پاسخ (3 مقاله)، سیستم کارآمد ارتباطات (2 مقاله)، آسیب‌‌های مهم جسمی (4 مقاله)، آمادگی بخش بهداشت و درمان (3 مقاله)، گروه‌‌های آسیب‌پذیر (4 مقاله)، بیماری‌‌های عفونی (3 مقاله)، حمایت روانی (2 مقاله) و تغییرات اجتماعی و اقتصادی پس از زلزله (2 مقاله) ارائه شد. yle="text-align: right;"> نتیجه‌گیری: مرور علمی مقالات منتشر شده در زمینۀ زمین‌لرزه‌‌‌های مهم 25 سال اخیر در کشور ایران نشان داد که بررسی نتایج مطالعۀ آنها می‌تواند برای آمادگی بیشتر و مقابلۀ مؤثرتر با زلزله‌‌‌های احتمالی آینده راهگشا باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی Literature review of the recent 25 years earthquakes in Iran
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background: The earthquakes have caused about 126,000 of deaths in the 20th century in Iran. Iran has long been known as one of the most seismically active areas of the world that there is the possibility of destructive earthquake in near future. Despite the importance of this issue, there has been no a comprehensive study to examine past earthquakes experiences.The use of past experiences in major incidents has a positive effect on the public awareness to respond disasters appropriately.This study aims to review lessons learned in health of the last 25 years of earthquakes in Iran. Method: In this literature review, the information in the field of health searched and extracted from the related databases including Pub Med, Scopus, Google Scholar, Magiran and SID, conference papers, WHO reports and published papers in the last 25 years about earthquakes by keywords of Iran, earthquake and lesson learned. Results: A total of 50 articles were reviewed; of these, 36 ones met the inclusion criteria. After studying the selected papers, the results were coded and presented in 10 groups thematically such as structural strengthening (4 articles), relief/ rescue/ housing (6 articles), response coordination (3 articles), efficient communication system (2 articles), sever physical damage (4 articles), preparation of healthcare unit (3 articles), vulnerable groups (4 articles), infectious diseases (3 articles), psychological support (2 articles), and socioeconomic changes (2 articles). Conclusion: The literature review of articles published in the last 25 years about major earthquakes in Iran showed that the evaluation results of the studies can be beneficial in order to prepare and deal more effectively with future earthquakes.
