عنوان فارسی اولویت‌‌بندی نواحی شهری به منظور تأسیس ایستگاه‌های آتش‌نشانی
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: امروزه یکی از دل‌مشغولی‌های برنامه‌‌ریزان در فضاهای شهری طراحی و مکان‌یابی مناسب و مطلوب فضاهای خدماتی است و یکی از این خدمات که تأمین بخشی از امنیت شهر را بر عهده دارد، ایستگاه‌های آتش‌نشانی است. برای بهبود ارائه خدمات ایستگاه‌های آتش‌نشانی، شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی نواحی شهری برای ایجاد ایستگاه‌های آتش‌نشانی در تمامی محدوده شهر به منظور خدمات‌رسانی ضرورت می‌یابد. روش‌: در این پژوهش با استفاده از مدل‌های ویکور و تاپسیس و معیارهایی از قبیل «دسترسی به شبکه‌ ارتباطی، جمعیت تحت پوشش، واحدهای مسکونی، تجاری، صنعتی، مساحت تحت پوشش، آموزشی، اداری، فرهنگی و حمل و نقل» به اولویت‌بندی نواحی شهری خرم‌دره برای ایجاد ایستگاه‌های آتش‌نشانی اقدام شده است. روش پژوهش تحقیق حاضر توصیفی- تحلیلی و نوع تحقیق کاربردی است. یافته‌ها: در وضعیت کالبدی و جمعیتی شهر خرم‌دره و همچنین اولویت‌بندی پیشنهادی مشخص شد که نتایج مدل ویکور نسبت به مدل تاپسیس ارزش بالاتری دارند و با واقعیت‌های عینی شهر خرم‌دره بیشتر منطبق است. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج تحقیق در هر دو مدل، ناحیه‌ 3 شهر خرم‌دره بیشترین ضرورت و ناحیه‌ 2 در مدل ویکور و ناحیه‌ 5 در مدل تاپسیس دارای کمترین ضرورت برای ایجاد ایستگاه آتش‌نشانی است.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Abstract Background: Today, urban planners in the heart Causes & Collaborations urban spaces and service spaces and positioning is desirable that one of these services, locate the fire station that Part of the city in order to ensure that security programs has already been defined. In this regard, the identification and prioritization of urban areas that create a fire station in their needs is important. Methods: In this paper, by using of models TOPSIS and VIKOR by using of criteria such as access to communication networks, covering population, housing units, commercial, industrial, area coverage, educational, administrative, cultural, and transportation, the prioritize urban areas Khorramdarreh equation is for fire stations. The target population the metropolitan area Khorramdarreh selected six comprehensive plan is ba sed on the physical divisions. The method of the study is desc riptive-analytical and applied research. Findings: In the situation of physical and population of Khorramdarreh, and proposed prioritize determined that the results of the model has higher value than VIKOR and TOPSIS model is more consistent with the ob jective realities of Khorramdarreh. Conclusion: The results show that both models have the greatest need for the District 3 and District 2 City Khorramdarreh VIKOR model and area 5 in the TOPSIS model is a minimum requirement for a fire station.
