عنوان فارسی بررسی عوامل و روندهای مؤثر در انگیزه خدمات داوطلبانه امدادگران با استفاده از روش تحلیل علّی- لایه ای CLA))
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: تقویت انگیزه نیروی انسانی داوطلب یکی از روندهای کلیدی توسعه مشارکت اجتماعی در جامعه می‌باشد، بنابراین لازم است تدابیری اندیشید تا این مهم به نحو مطلوبی تحقق یابد. بر همین اساس، سؤال اصلی این پژوهش شناسایی عوامل و روندهای مؤثر در انگیزه خدمات داوطلبانه امدادگران می باشد. روش‌ها: با توجه به ادبیات و مطالعات دو رویکرد کمّی و کیفی در تحلیل استفاده شده است. در رویکرد کمّی، بر اساس تحقیق و مطالعات، پرسشنامه مورد نظر تهیه و پس از جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، با توجه به اهداف و ماهیت تحقیق از روش تحلیل آزمون فریدمن برای تجزیه و تحلیل پرسشنامه استفاده شد. جامعه آماری شامل امدادگران پایگاه‌های فعال جمعیت هلال‌احمر استان قزوین می‌باشد. در رویکرد کیفی از طریق روش تحلیل علّی- لایه ای ، در چهار سطح روند‌های مؤثر تحلیل شده است. یافته‌ها: طبق بررسی‌های به عمل آمده، عوامل مختلفی بر انگیزه خدمات داوطلبانه امدادگران تأثیر‌گذار است. به طور کلی عوامل به دو دسته اصلی عوامل درونی و عوامل بیرونی تقسیم بندی می شوند و هر کدام از این دسته‌ها به پنچ مؤلفه تقسیم می‌شوند. همچنین با استفاده از تحلیل علّی- لایه‌ای آینده خدمات داوطلبانه در چهار سطح تحلیل تبیین شده است. نتیجه‌گیری: پنج عامل درونی به ترتیب: ایجاد آرامش درونی، نیاز به کسب دوستی و روابط، پرستش و اعتقادات مذهبی، رشد و تأمین نیاز "کسب موفقیت" و برخورداری از وضعیت روحی و جسمی مطلوب‌تر و پنج عامل بیرونی به ترتیب: رفتار سازمانی (مدیریت منابع انسانی، سیاست‌های سازمانی و...)، رسانه‌ها و تبلیغات، ابزارهای تشویقی، مشارکت و کار تیمی و نقش دولت و مجلس اولویت بندی شدند. همچنین در مقایسه‌ای که بین عوامل درونی و بیرونی انجام شد، در مجموع میزان تأثیر عوامل بیرونی بیشتر از عوامل درونی شناسایی شد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Abstract: Background Strengthening the volunteer human resources motivation is one of the key trends in social participation development in community. For this reason, it is necessary to adopt some measures in an appropriate manner. Therefore, this research aims to identify the factors and trends which affect on voluntary services motivation of relief workers. Methods In this research, both qualitative and quantitative approaches have been used. By using questionnaire, data was collected and analyzed ba sed on Friedman test with regard to the nature of the research in the quantitative approach. All relief workers in Red Crescent society active sites were studied in Qazvin province. In the qualitative approach, the effective trends are analyzed in the four levels using Causal la yered Analysis. Finding According to the studies, many factors can affect on voluntary services motivation of relief workers. Totally, the factors are classified into two main categories: internal and external; each of these categories is divided into five components. Also, the future of voluntary services is explained in four levels of analysis using Causal la yered Analysis. Conclusion Five internal factors were prioritized respectively such as creating inner calm; need to form friendships and relationships; worship and religious beliefs; developing and fulfilling the need for "achieving success"; and enjoying better mental and physical condition. Meanwhile, five external factors were prioritized respectively as follows: organizational behavior (human resource management, organizational policies, and...), media and advertising, tools for encouragement, participation and team working, and the role of government and parliament. Overall, the effect of external factors was more than internal factors ba sed on the comparison which was made between internal and external factors.
