عنوان فارسی نقد و بررسی گزارش مطالعات کارآزمایی کنترل شده تصادفی در نشریات پرستاری
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: مطالعات کارآزمایی کنترل شده تصادفی، بهترین شواهد را برای ارزیابی و اثربخشی مداخلات پرستاری فراهم می کنند. عملکرد مبتنی بر شواهد، هدف غایی حرفه پرستاری است و نیازمند تلفیق بهترین مدارک پژوهشی برای ارائه مراقبت های با کیفیت است. این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی با هدف تعیین کیفیت روش شناسی گزارش مطالعات کارآزمایی کنترل شده تصادفی در نشریات پرستاری فارسی و انگلیسی زبان داخل کشور با سیستم نمره دهی کیفی اکسفورد یا مقیاس جداد "Jadad" انجام گردید. روش: جستجوی مقالات کارآزمایی کنترل شده تصادفی در پرستاری نمایه شده در پایگاه های اطلاعاتی Magiran, SID Irandoc, Iranmedex, و Google Scholar با کلید واژه های فارسی و انگلیسی کارآزمایی کنترل شده تصادفی، کارآزمایی بالینی در ترکیب با واژه پرستاری انجام شد. پس از اعمال معیارهای ورود و حذف مقالات تکراری و غیر مرتبط، در نهایت 42 مقاله برای نقد و بررسی باقی ماند که با سیستم نمره دهی کیفی اکسفورد یا مقیاس Jadad مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. یافته ها: میانگین ارزیابی کیفی روش شناسی مقالات منتخب بر اساس سه سوال مستقیم کنترل تورش در مقیاس Jadad، 1/07±1/38 محاسبه شد (حداقل میانگین مطلوب 3 امتیاز است). از تعداد 42 مقاله منتخب، تنها 31 درصد از مقالات از روش تخصیص تصادفی نمونه ها با روش کم تورش استفاده کردند، 9/6 درصد از مقالات نیز برای نمونه گیری از روش های دو سویه و یک سویه کور استفاده کردند. فقط در 7/1 درصد از مقالات ریزش نمونه های مطالعه ذکر شده بود. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نقش بسیار مهم مطالعات کارآزمایی کنترل شده تصادفی در عملکرد مبتنی بر شواهد در پرستاری، هرگونه ضعف در روش شناسی و یا گزارش ناکافی این مطالعات می تواند منجر به نتیجه گیری غلط و تورش گردد. با توجه به نتایج این مطالعه نیاز به بهبود کیفیت گزارش دهی بخش روش شناسی مطالعات کارآزمایی کنترل شده تصادفی و ثبت گزارشات صحیح و کافی این نوع از مطالعات در رشته پرستاری در نشریات فارسی و انگلیسی زبان علمی- پژوهشی بیش از قبل احساس می شود.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Randomized controlled trial studies provide substantial evidence for evaluation of the effectiveness of nursing interventions. Evidence-based practice is the ultimate goal of nursing and requires integration of the best research documents to present high quality health care. Objective: This descriptive cross-sectional study is aimed to determine methodological quality of randomized controlled trials reports in the Iranian Nursing Journals with the Persian and English language with the Oxford quality scoring system or the Jadad Scale. Methods: Searching for nursing randomized controlled trial articles which were indexed in various databases, including SID, Magiran, Irandoc, Iranmedex and Google Scholar were done by these Persian and English keywords, randomized controlled trial and clinical trial in combination with Nursing. After applying the inclusion criteria and removing irrelevant articles, only 42 articles were left to review. They were assessed by the Oxford quality scoring system or the Jadad Scale. Results: The mean of the methodological quality of the selected articles was 1.38±1.07 based on the three direct questions for bias control in the Jadad Scale (minimum favorable mean is 3 points). From 42 selected articles only 31% applied a random allocation with low bias, 9.6% of the articles applied double-blind or single-blind methods during the sampling. Attrition was only mentioned in 7.1% of the articles. Conclusion: Considering the vital role of randomized controlled trial studies during the evidence-based performance in nursing is important. Any weaknesses in the methodology and inadequate reporting of the results could lead to bias and the wrong conclusions in the study. Based on the findings, it is obvious that there is a need to improve the quality of reporting of the nursing randomized controlled trials in the Iranian Nursing Journals with the Persian and English language, especially in the methodology part.
