عنوان فارسی تأثیر کاربرد مدل مدیریت بحران مبتنی بر هماهنگی، بر میزان آمادگی بیمارستانی در بیمارستان شهید رجایی شیراز
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: مدیریت بحران نقش مهمی در کسب آمادگی بیمارستان‌ها برای پاسخ به بلایا ایفا می‌کند. هماهنگی از مشکلات اصلی مدیریت بلایا در ایران می‌باشد، لذا، در این پژوهش، مدل مدیریت بحران مبتنی بر هماهنگی به عنوان یک راهکار کاربردی، بررسی شد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تعیین تأثیر کاربرد مدل مدیریت بحران مبتنی بر هماهنگی، بر میزان آمادگی بیمارستانی در بیمارستان شهید رجایی شیراز بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه نیمه تجربی در بیمارستان شهید رجایی شیراز بود، نمونه شامل کلیه اعضا کمیته بحران و برابر جامعه پژوهش بود (15 نفر). داده‌ها به کمک چک لیست آمادگی بیمارستانی خانکه و همکاران جمع‌آوری شد که روایی و پایایی آن بررسی شده بود (86/0=p). ابتدا در شرایط شبیه‌سازی شده، مانور زلزله در بیمارستان اجرا شد و چک لیست «آمادگی مقابله با بلایا» (پیش آزمون) تکمیل شد سپس کارگاه یک روزه (مدیریت بلایا و مدل مدیریت بحران مبتنی بر هماهنگی) برگزار شد و یک ماه بعد، با انجام مانور زلزله، آمادگی بیمارستان توسط چک لیست اولیه مجدد بررسی شد و در پایان نتایج قبل و بعد از مداخله با استفاده از جداول آماری مقایسه شد. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که نمرات در تمامی بخش‌های چک لیست (هماهنگی، برنامه‌ریزی، سازمان‌دهی، آموزش و ...) در پس آزمون نسبت به پیش آزمون افزایش یافت. همچنین نمره کل آمادگی بیمارستان از 56/29 در پیش آزمون به 84/86 در پیگیری ارتقا یافت (05/0p<). نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان داد، کاربرد مدل مدیریت بحران مبتنی بر هماهنگی موجب ارتقای آمادگی بیمارستانی می‌شود با توجه به نقش بسیار کلیدی پرستاران در بحران‌ها توصیه می‌شود جهت ارتقای آمادگی بیمارستانی این مدل توسط مدیران پرستاری استفاده شود.

عنوان انگلیسی The evaluation of application of coordination based disaster response model in Rajaye hospital disaster preparedness
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Disaster management role in the acquisition of hospital preparedness for responding to disasters plays.Coordination is the most problem of disaster management in Iran. Therefore in this study, Coordination Based Disaster Response Model as a practical solution, was investigated. The aim of the present study was The Evaluation of application of Coordination Based Disaster Response Model in Rajaye Hospital Disaster Preparedness in 1388. Methods: This study was a quasi-experimental study in Shiraz Shahid Rajaye, the study population consisted of all members of the Committee Against Crisis (15). The data were collected using Khankeh checklist that the validity and reliability was investigated (P=0.86). Bigining perform earthquakes Table top maneuver in simulated condition and "disaster preparedness" questionnaire complete (baseline) than one-day disaster management workshop and the establishment of disaster management model based on coordination were preformed. A month after workshop, hospital preparedness measured by first questionnaire. Information obtained by using descriptive statistics were compared. Results: Research findings show that scores in all sections of the questionnaire (coordination, planning, organization, training, and ...) have increased. The total score of 29.56 in pre test was increased to 86.84 in post test (P< 0.05). Conclusion: Results of this study showed that the use of Coordination Based Disaster Response Model increase hospital preparedness, with regard to the important role of nurses in disaster management this model can be used by nursing managers.
