عنوان فارسی اصول نوسازی متوازن بافتهای فرسوده شهری
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده توازن و تعادل لازمه پایداری یک سیستم است. به هم خوردن موازنه میان شاخص های "تراز میانگین شهر" در بافت های فرسوده به دلیل قطع یا اختلال شبکه ها، جریان ها و پیوندهای آن، موجب تشدید پدیده عدم توازن و در نتیجه، اختلال در نظم پایدار سیستم این باف تها شده است. رویکرد نظریه نوسازی متوازن ب هعنوان یک نظریه بومی، معطوف به تلاش برای تغییر الگوهای ناکارآمد و تولید الگویی نوآورانه است. این مطالعه با هدف دستیابی به توازن در مسیر بررسی، شناخت و شناسایی مؤلفه های تأثیرگذار بر آن، از طریق شناخت و تبیین رابطه بین متغیرهای توازن و نوسازی صورت گرفته است. دستیابی به نظریه از سطح ارتباط "ذهنی" به ارتباط " عینی" حرکت کرده و سپس از ارتباط عینی به رابطه ذهنی بازگشته و آن را مورد تأیید قرار م یدهد، به این ترتیب حرکت رفت استقرایی و حرکت برگشت قیاسی بوده است. نظریه نوسازی متوازن سعی دارد توازن را در سیستم نوسازی بافت های فرسوده شهری با شش خِرد «هنجاری- راهبردی "، " کاربردی- بومی"، "اجتماعی- اقتصادی"، "روی های- محتوایی"، "تبینی- تجویزی" و "علمی- عملی" بازتعریف کرده و اصول نوسازی متوازن را تبیین و معرفی کند. یافته های مطالعات انجام شده، چارچوبی را برای "توازن میان دوپارگی های متوالی اجزاء و عناصر شبکه های موضوعی بافت و توازن شبکه های کل سیستم " شامل اصول چهارگانه : توازن )ب هعنوان سلول بنیادی نوسازی(، پرهیز از پیچیدگی )میان عناصر پیچیده و چندوجهی نوسازی(، توالی دوپارگ یها )به عنوان کوچک ترین واحد تشخیص، شناسایی و سنجش توازن( و تعامل درونی و بیرونی )برقراری تعاملات پیوسته شبک هها و کل سیستم با یکدیگر( حاصل کرده است.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Abstract Balance and equilibrium are the necessities of a sustainable system. When balance in deteriorated textures and among indices of “the average balance in a city” is impaired due to a disconnection or disorder in networks, flows and interconnections, it will intensify imbalance, and so lead to disturbance in the sustainable order of these urban textures. The balanced renovation theory as a local theory tries to present an efficient and creative model. This research is an attempt to establish a balanced path through studying, recognition and realization of effective elements. This method expresses relations between variables and the renovation process. To achieve this theory, the author tried to move mutually from “subjective” elements to the “objective” ones, in order to prove the hypothesis by using an inductive and deductive approach. The balanced renovation theory tries to redefine balance in the deteriorated fabrics renovation system using the six following intellects “normative-strategic”, “practical-native”, “social-economic”, “procedural-content”, “explanatory-descriptive”, and “scientific-scientific”, and presents the studies, analysis, and to explain and introduce the principles of balanced renovation. The findings of studies has considered a framework for the balance between successive dichotomies and elements of the thematic networks in urban textures and the balance of the entire system networks consists of four principles: Balance (as the stem cells of renovation), avoidance of complexity (among the complex and multifaceted elements of modernization), succession of dichotomies (as the smallest unit of detection, identification and assessment of balance) and internal and external interaction (establishment of networks’ continuous interactions and the entire system with each other) has been obtained.
