عنوان فارسی بررسی رابطۀ میان استیفای حقوق شهروندی با نوع مشارکت سیاسی در شهر اصفهان
چکیده فارسی مقاله به‌دنبال رشد شهرنشینی، مفاهیم جدیدی مانند شهروندی و حقوق شهروندی وارد گفتمان سیاسی کشورها شده و حقوق و تکالیفی را متوجه جامعه و دولت کرده است. وجه تمایز انسان پیشامدرن به‌عنوان یک فرد «مکلف» از انسان پسامدرن به عنوان یک فرد «محق» است. در این میان، میزان استیفای حقوق شهروندی،  مشارکت سیاسی را به‌لحاظ کمّی و کیفی می‌تواند تحت تأثیر قرار دهد. بر اساس این، هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطۀ میان استیفای حقوق شهروندی با نوع مشارکت سیاسی است. پژوهش حاضر، توصیفی ـ پیمایشی و مبتنی بر تکمیل پرسشنامه است. داده‌های پژوهش از مناطق مختلف شهر اصفهان به دست آمده و سپس با تکمیل 385 پرسشنامه با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS تجزیه و تحلیل شده است. بر اساس یافته‌های مطالعۀ حاضر، بین حقوق شهروندی (012/0=r) با مشارکت سیاسی محدود، ارتباط معناداری وجود نداشت. این مقدار برای ابعاد حقوق شهروندی یعنی حقوق مدنی برابر (11/0=r)، حقوق اجتماعی، (16/0=r) و حقوق سیاسی برابر (10/0=r) است. همچنین بین حقوق شهروندی (135/0=r) با مشارکت سیاسی تبعی، رابطه‌ای معنادار وجود داشت. این مقدار برای ابعاد حقوق شهروندی یعنی حقوق مدنی برابر با (38/0=r)، حقوق اجتماعی (35/0=r) و حقوق سیاسی برابر با (38/0=r) است. درنهایت بین حقوق شهروندی (81/0=r) با مشارکت سیاسی فعال، رابطه‌ای معنادار وجود داشت و این مقدار برای ابعاد حقوق شهروندی یعنی حقوق مدنی برابر با (11/0=r)، حقوق اجتماعی (13/0=r) و حقوق سیاسی برابر با (33/0=r) است. به‌طور کلی می‌توان گفت با توجه به رویّۀ مذهبی و ارزشی نظام سیاسی جامعۀ ایران و نقش نهاد مذهبی در آن به‌خصوص بعد از انقلاب اسلامی، از یکسو بخش‌هایی از افراد جامعه به مشارکت سیاسی تبعی روی آوردندو از سوی دیگر با توجه به رشد آگاهی سیاسی، گروه‌هایی از افراد جامعه، مشارکت سیاسی فعال داشته‌اند.

عنوان انگلیسی A Study on the Relationship between the vindication of civil rights and Kind of political participation, Case Study: Isfahan city
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Followed by the growth of urbanization, new concepts such as citizenship and civil rights have entered the political discourse of countries. Putting rights and obligations on society and state, such concepts distinguish the pre-modern human as a responsible person from the postmodern human as an entitled individual. In this regard, the vindication of civil rights can influence the political participation quantitatively and qualitatively. Therefore, the main aim of the current study was to investigate the relationship between the vindication of civil rights and political participation. Based on a questionnaire, the research method was descriptive-survey. The research data were collected from different districts of Isfahan. SPSS was used to analyze the data, and 385 individuals filled out the questionnaires. According to the research findings, there was no significant relationship between civil rights and limited political participation. However, there was a significant relationship between civil rights and consequential political participation. Furthermore, the vindication of social rights did not have a significant relationship with active political participation, although the vindication of civil and political rights had a significant relationship with active political relationship. Given the religious and value trend of political system in Iranian society and the role of religious institution after the Islamic Revolution in particular, it can be generally stated that the consequential political participation was observed in some parts of society on the one hand. On the other hand, the active political participation of some individuals was observed in society with respect to the growth of political consciousness.
