عنوان فارسی هرمنوتیک مدرن و نظریه تفسیری شهید مطهری
چکیده فارسی مقاله در این نوشتار که با روش توصیفی مقایسه‌ای و با ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات کتابخانه‌ای تهیه شده است سعی گردیده در خصوص مهم‌ترین ارکان نظریه تفسیری، یعنی ماهیت، هدف، امکان و عوامل فهم، مقایسه‌ای میان دیدگاه مهم‌ترین صاحب نظران هرمنوتیک مدرن و شهید مطهری صورت گیرد. در این راستا توانستیم مهم‌ترین پرسش‌های نظریه تفسیری را به آثار به جای مانده از استاد عرضه کنیم و پاسخ مناسبی دریافت کنیم. با این کار اولاً نگاهی نسبتاً جامع و اجمالی از نظریه تفسیری شهید مطهری به دست آمد که این خود از نو آوری‌های این تحقیق به شمار می‌رود و ثانیاً با مقایسه این نظریه با نظریه‌های منسوب به هرمنوتیست‌های مدرن به این نتیجه رسیدیم که نظریه تفسیری ایشان با هرمنوتیک مدرن قرابت بیشتری دارد اما در عین برخورداری از نکات مثبت این نظریه‌ها یعنی اموری همچون تکثر معنایی و واقع بینی نسبت به ماهیت فهم، از معایبی که نوعاً این نظریه‌ها دارند نظیر بی‌اعتقادی به فهم درست و نادرست و در غلطیدن به وادی نسبیت منفی به دور است. با توجه به چند ویژگی مهم نظریه تفسیری شهید مطهری یعنی جامعیت، واقع‌نگری، تکثرگرایی معنایی، روش‌مندی، جزمیت‌گریزی و نسبیت پرهیزی این نظریه می‌تواند الگوی مفسران در تفسیر متون و به خصوص تفسیر متون شرعی و نصوص دینی باشد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله In this writing, which has been prepared with the descriptive-comparative and with library information compiling tools, it is tried to make a comparison between the viewpoints of the most important authorities on modern hermeneutics and Ustad Allama Shahid Mutahhari concerning the most significant essentials of exegetical theory, i.e., quiddity, possibility, and elements of understanding. In this respect, we were able to present the most important questions of exegetical theory to the works left behind by Shahid Mutahhari and receive proper answers. In this way, first, a rather comprehensive and brief perspective was obtained on his exegetical theory, which in turn is regarded as one of the innovations of this research; and second, by comparing this theory with the theories attributed to modern hermeneutists, it was concluded that Ustad Mutahhari’s exegetical theory has more proximity to modern hermeneutics. However, despite its enjoyment of the positive points of these theories, namely such notions as semantic plurality and realistic view towards the nature of understanding, his theory is away from defects that these theories typically have, such as proper and improper understanding and falling into negative relativity. With respect to some of the significant characteristics of Ustad Mutahhari’s exegetical theory, namely inclusiveness, realism, semantic pluralism, methodicalness, evasion from dogmatism, and avoiding relativism, this theory can be a model for the interpreters in interpreting texts, especially interpreting legal texts and religious statutes.
