عنوان فارسی بررسی و مطالعه موردی مسکن جهت بهبود کیفیت زندگی جانبازان و معلولین (جسمی-حرکتی)
چکیده فارسی مقاله معماری و شهرسازی علومی هستند که در ارتباط با نیازهای زیستی- سکونتی انسان می باشند. اهمیت این علوم زمانی مشخص می شود که نیازهای انسان جنبه کالبدی فضایی بیابند و هدف، دسترسی به فضایی شایسته انسان باشد. اگر فضای شایسته و در خور انسان را، فضایی که علاوه بر داشتن ابعاد انسانی دارای خصلتی باشد که مقام انسان طلب می کند، تعریف نمائیم، این مقاله از حیث تبیین اینکه مسکن مناسب برای امنیت و آسایش حرکتی جانبازان و معلولین چه مشخصاتی را باید دارا باشد، تهیه و ارائه شده است. هدف: هدف از این مقاله طراحی مسکنی بهینه و متناسب با خصوصیات، قابلیت ها و نیازهای فرد معلول می باشد. همچنین معرفی معیارهای طراحی فضاهای مسکونی به منظور سازگار کردن این فضاها برای زندگی این دسته از شهروندان و تطبیق فضاهای ساخته شده موجود با نیازهای آنان است که در این راستا نوع طراحی مسکن جانبازان و معلولین جسمی- حرکتی مورد پژوهش قرار می گیرد. در این مقاله مجتمع مسکونی سرو، واقع در شهرک رسالت شهر اصفهان بعنوان محل زندگی یک معلول جسمی حرکتی مورد بررسی و تحلیل میدانی قرار گرفته و سعی در شناخت ضعف طراحی مسکن معلولین بوده است. که نتیجه آن به صورت پیشنهاداتی در غالب جدول ارائه شده است.

عنوان انگلیسی The Investigation and Case Study of Housing to Improve the Life Quality of the Veterans and the Paralyzed People (Physical-Motional)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Architecture and urbanization are the sciences relevant to inhabitancy-residential needs of the human being. The significance of these sciences illuminates when the human needs get physical and spatial representation and the goal is to gain the space which humans deserve. If such a space is defined as a space which has the characteristics the human demands in addition to human aspects, this study is done and presented to show what the specifications of proper house are for the safety and motional comfort of the veterans and paralyzed people. Objective: the objective of this study is to design an optimized house appropriate with the properties, capabilities and the needs of the paralyzed person. Moreover, the criteria for the designing of the housing areas are introduced so as to adjust these areas for the life of this group of citizens and to adapt the existing constructed areas with their needs. Consequently, in this study, the method of housing designing for the veterans and the physical-motional paralyzed people are taken into consideration. In this research, Sarv Complex situated in Resalat Town in Esfahan is investigated and analyzed as a field work. It is considered as a place in which a physical and motional paralyzed person lives. Furthermore, attempts are made to recognize the weakness of housing designing the above-mentioned people. The conclusion of this study is presented as suggestions in the tables.
