عنوان فارسی بررسی ارتباط شایستگی فرهنگی، سلامت و حمایت اجتماعی با نگرش افراد شمال غرب کشور نسبت به اهدای عضو در سال ۱۳۹۵: نقش میانجی شجاعت اخلاقی
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده زمینه و هدف: شایستگی فرهنگی، سلامت و حمایت اجتماعی و شجاعت اخلاقی در فرهنگ‌سازی اهدای عضو نقش اساسی دارند. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین ارتباط شایستگی فرهنگی، سلامت و حمایت اجتماعی با نگرش نسبت به اهدای عضو با میانجی‌گری شجاعت اخلاقی انجام گرفته است. مواد و روش‌ها: روش پژوهش، توصیفی مبتنی بر مدل معادلات ساختاری بر روی 369 نفر از افراد دارای کارت اهدای عضو ساکن در استان‌های شمال غرب کشور (زنجان، اردبیل و آذربایجان شرقی و غربی) در سال 1395 که به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند، انجام گردید. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از پرسش‌نامه نگرش به اهدای عضو Tihana وIzvorni ، پرسش‌نامه شایستگی‌های فرهنگی Perng وWatson ، پرسش‌نامه سلامت اجتماعی Keyes، مقیاس حمایت اجتماعی Ghasmipor و Jahanbakhsh Ganjeو مقیاس شجاعت اخلاقی Sekerka استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی Pearson و Bootstrap تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها حاکی از برازش مناسب مدل بوده و ارتباط مستقیم متغیرهای شایستگی فرهنگی (15/0=r، 044/0=p)، سلامت اجتماعی (62/0=β، 001/0=p)، حمایت اجتماعی (13/0=β، 049/0=p) و شجاعت اخلاقی (22/0=β، 019/0=p) با نگرش نسبت به اهدای عضو معنادار به دست آمد. ارتباط غیرمستقیم شایستگی فرهنگی (25/0=β، 001/0=p)، سلامت اجتماعی (25/0=β، 001/0=p) و حمایت اجتماعی(23/0=β، 002/0=p) با میانجی‌گری شجاعت اخلاقی معنادار بودند. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌های این مطالعه به نظر می‌رسد با تقویت شایستگی فرهنگی، سلامت اجتماعی، حمایت اجتماعی و شجاعت اخلاقی از طریق آموزش‌های فردی و گروهی، می‌توان نگرش مثبت افراد نسبت به اهدای عضو را افزایش داد و نیازمندی پیوند عضو را برطرف نمود. واژه‌های کلیدی: شایستگی فرهنگی، سلامت اجتماعی، حمایت اجتماعی، شجاعت اخلاقی، نگرش، اهدای عضو

عنوان انگلیسی Investigating the Relationship between Cultural Competence, Health and Social Support with Attitudes of People of North West toward Organ Donation in 2016: The Mediating Role of Moral Courage
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objective: Cultural competence, health and social support, and moral courage have basic role in promoting the culture of organ donation. This study aimed to determine the relationship between cultural competence and health and social support in attitudes to organ donation with the mediation of moral courage. Materials and Methods: The study was a descriptive study based on the structural model which was conducted on 369 people having organ donation cards and residing in the provinces of North West (Zanjan, Ardebil, East and West Azerbaijan) in 2016. The participants were selectd by simple random sampling method. For gathering the data, Organ Donation Attitude Questionnaire of Tihana and Izvorni, Cultural Competence Questionnaire of Perng and Watson, Keyes’ Social Health Questionnaire, Ghasemipour and Jahanbakhsh Ganje Social Support Questionnaire, and Moral Courage Scale of Sekerka were used. The data was analyzed using Pearson correlational coefficient and Bootstrap. Results: The results indicated that the model was fitted and the direct relationships between cultural competence (P=0.044, r=0.15), social health (P=0.001, β=0.62), social social support (P=0.049, β=0.13), and moral courage (P=0.019, r=0.22) with attitudes to organ donation were significant. The indirect relationships between cultural competence (P=0.001, β=0.25), social health (P=0.001, β=0.25), and social support (P=0.002, β=0.23) with mediating of moral courage were also significant. Conclusion: According to the findings of this study, it seems that strengthening the cultural competence, social health, social support, and moral courage by individual and group training, can increase people's positive attitudes towards organ donationand obviate the need to transplantation.
