عنوان فارسی سیستم نظارت بر مدیران در مدیریت علوی با تأکید بر نهج‌البلاغه
چکیده فارسی مقاله  انسان به دلیل ویژگی اختیار و توانایی تمرّد، به نظارت نیازمند است؛ منطقاً اهمیت نظارت و کنترل کارگزاران و مدیران باید به صورت مضاعف دیده شود، زیرا همواره احتمال سوءاستفاده‌ی آنان از قدرت وجود دارد. کنترل و نظارت در دستگاه اداری وظیفه‌ی اجتناب‌ناپذیر رهبران تلقی می‌شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی ارکان و وظایف مدیریتی در مفاهیم عمیق و سیره‌ی عملی اماما علی(ع) در پی پاسخ به این مسئله است که سیستم نظارت بر مدیران در مدیریت علوی چگونه است؟ با بررسی نمود‌ها و رهنمود‌های مدیریتی و نظارتی امام علی(ع) نظارت را در مدیریت علوی بر پایه‌ی عدالت و حق‌محوری و در قالب ترکیبی نمایان شد. این پژوهش حاضر نشان داد امام علی(ع) علاوه بر این‌که مدیران را به رعایت تقوای الهی و نظارت و کنترل درونی سفارش می‌نمود، با ایجاد سیستم‌های نظارتی و کنترلی با محوریت عدالت، به صورت مستقیم و غیر مستقیم، از عملکرد مدیران آگاهی یافته و به کارگزاران دستور می‌داد که از وجود مکانیزم نظارت و کنترل بر کارکنان غافل نمانند.

عنوان انگلیسی The supervision system for managers in the “Alawite” management.
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Because human have the characteristic of free will and ability of defiance, they need supervision; logically, the importance of supervision and control on agents and managers should be doubly seen, because there is always the opportunity of them abusing their position; therefore control and supervision in the system of government is an inevitableresponsibility of the leaders. The current research with the title of “the supervision system for managers in the “Alawite” management emphasizing “nahjol balaqe” with the goal of researching the management principals and responsibilities in profound concepts and Amir-almomenin’s measures, is seeking the answer to this important question that how is supervision in “Alawite” management? This literature with studying Imam Ali’s management and supervision aspects and suggestions, has manifested its supervision in “Alawite” management which is based on justice and fairness. The method of research is based on content analyzation which was done by linked religious resources and current scientifically finding. The discovery of the existing survey shows that amir-al momenin (Imam Ali), not only always encouraged managersto be observant of divine virtue, supervision and inner control, but also by creating supervising and controlling systems based on justice, directly and indirectly, would be aware of these managers performance and would order governing agents to not be oblivious to benefits of supervision and control mechanisms.
