عنوان فارسی شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی خط‌مشی‌های توسعه کارآفرینی بخش تعاون
چکیده فارسی مقاله نظام تعاونی روش مناسبی برای ایجاد کسب­و­کار است. در نتیجه هدف این پژوهش شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی خط‌مشی‌های توسعۀ کارآفرینی بخش تعاون می­باشد. روش پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نوع توصیفی-پیمایشی است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش مدیران، ادارۀ تعاون و اعضای هیأت علمی دانشکدۀ مدیریت و اقتصاد دانشگاه سیستان و بلوچستان بودندکه سرشماری شدند. ابزار پژوهش دو پرسشنامۀ محقق­ساخته بود. ابتدا پرسشنامه­ای با طیف 5 گزینه‌ای لیکرت تهیه و روایی و پایایی آن تأئید شد. تعداد 30 پرسشنامه توزیع و پس از جمع­آوری به کمک نرم‌افزار اسمارت پی ال اس شاخص‌هایی که بار عاملی بیشتری داشتند انتخاب و پرسشنامۀ ارجحیت­بندی با معیارهای منتخب تهیه شد. این پرسشنامه 3 معیار، 8 زیرمعیار و 42 گزینه داشت. روایی پرسشنامه تأئید شد. نرخ ناسازگاری کلیۀ شاخص‌ها نیز کمتر از 1/0 به­دست آمد. سپس این پرسشنامه مجدد بین اعضای نمونه توزیع و داده­های به­دست آمده با روش AHP و نرم‌افزار سوپر­دسیژن تجزیه­و­تحلیل شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد خط‌مشی‌های حوزۀ بسترسازی با وزن 70/0 در رتبۀ نخست، حوزۀ هدایت و عملیاتی با وزن 20/0 در رتبۀ دوم و حوزۀ تثبیت و نهادینه‌سازی با وزن 08/0 در رتبۀ سوم قرار دارد. مهم­ترین زیرمعیارهای حوزۀ بسترسازی و نهادینه‌سازی، خط‌مشی‌های آموزش و مهارت با وزن‌های 73/0 و 69/0 و در حوزۀ عملیاتی، خط‌مشی‌های حوزۀ انگیزش با وزن 80/0 است؛ بنابراین به خط­مشی­گذاران توصیه می­شود بیشترین توجه آن‌ها به بستر­سازی معطوف شود.

عنوان انگلیسی Identification and Prioritization of the Cooperative Sector’s Policies of Entrepreneurship Development
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Cooperative system is a good tool to build businesses.The study is aimed at identifying and prioritizing policies of cooperative sector entrepreneurship development. The study statistical population included the managers of ministry of Cooperatives as well as the members of the Economics and Management faculty of Sistan and Baluchestan University. The research method is descriptive-survey and it is practical in terms of purpose. The research was conducted in two phasesusing two questionnaires. First, a 5-point Likert questionnaire was prepared and its validity and reliability were confirmed. 30 questionnaires were distributed and the data collected were analyzed using Smart PLS software. Then, the indices having greater factor loadings were selected and the questionnaire of prioritizing with selected criteria was prepared. The questionnaire had 3 criteria, 8 sub-criteria, and 42 choices. The questionnaire validity was also confirmed. Inconsistency of the whole indices was less than 0.1. After that, the questionnaire was distributed among the sample and the data obtained were analyzed using AHP method and Super Decisions software. The study findings showed that polices of infrastructure with weight of 0.705, guidance and operation with weight of 0.205, and consolidation and institutionalization with weight of 0.089 have the ranks of first, second, and third, respectively. The most important criteria of consolidation and institutionalization were polices of training and skills with weights of 0.730 and 0.695 while in the operational scope, the major criterion is the policies of motivation scope with weight of 0.800. Therefore, it is recommended to policymakers to highly concentrate on consolidation.
