عنوان فارسی چالش‌ آموزش علوم انسانی در دانشگاه‌های ایران: یک مطالعه‌ی کیفی
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف این پژوهش، کشف و شناسایی چالش­ها و مشکلات موجود در فرایند آموزش رشته­های علوم انسانی در دانشگاه­های ایران می­باشد. این پژوهش از حیث معرفت‌شناختی و روش‌شناختی، دارای رویکردی کیفی است. برای جمع­آوری داده­ها از مصاحبه­های عمیق کیفی و تکنیک KII[1] (مصاحبه با افراد مطلع کلیدی) با استادان برجسته و دارای صلاحیت در پانزده رشته­ی منتخب حوزه­ی علوم انسانی استفاده شده است. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می­دهد که چالش­های آموزش رشته‌های علوم انسانی در ایران عبارت‌اند از؛ چالش­های محیطی و بومی، چالش­های زبانی، سیاسی، ایدئولوژیک، اجتماعی، چالش‌های نهادی و فرهنگی. از دیگر یافته­های پژوهش می­توان به ضعف بنیه­ی نظری آموزش دانشگاهی و علوم انسانی اشاره کرد. مشکلات عمده­ی دیگر عبارت‌اند از؛ نبود سیستم ارزشیابی دقیق از تدریس استادان و نیز عدم توجه لازم و کافی به رشته­های علوم انسانی در سطح سیاست­گذاری، عدم توجه به شرایط بوم شناختی، وابستگی کامل رشته­های علوم انسانی به نهادهای سیاستگذار و نیز سطحی­نگری به مقوله­ی تدریس و بالأخره عدم توجه به تفاوت­های فردی

عنوان انگلیسی The challenge of teaching humanities in Iranian universities: a qualitative study
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The purpose of this research is to identify and identify the challenges and problems that exist in the education process of humanities in Iranian universities. This epistemological and methodological research has a qualitative approach. Qualitative in-depth interviews and KII techniques (interviews with key informed individuals) have been used to collect data with prominent and competent professors in the fifteen chosen disciplines of the humanities field. The results of this research show that the challenges of education in humanities in Iran include: environmental and indigenous challenges, linguistic, political, ideological, social challenges, institutional and cultural challenges. Other findings of the research are the weakness of the theoretical foundation of university education and humanities. Major problems are: lack of a system for accurate evaluation of teachers' teaching, and lack of adequate and adequate attention to humanities at the policy level, lack of attention to ecological conditions, the complete affiliation of human sciences to institutions The politician, as well as superficiality, is taught and, finally, the lack of attention to individual differences.
