عنوان فارسی تحلیلی فرانظری از نسبت بعد تبیینی و هنجاری در نظریۀ سیاسی
چکیده فارسی مقاله در یک قرائت عام یا موسع از نظریۀ سیاسی که کانون آن شامل دیدگاه‌های مختلف دربارۀ سیاست و امر سیاسی است، دو وجه از معرفت (معرفت تبیینی و معرفت هنجاری) به‌صورت همزمان در یک نظریۀ سیاسی، چه اینکه آن نظریه توصیفی-تبیینی باشد یا هنجاری-ارزشی، خودنمایی می‌کند. مسئله این است که رابطۀ عناصر تبیینی و هنجاری در نظریۀ سیاسی چیست؟ چگونه برقرار می‌شود و آیا از همدیگر تفکیک‌پذیر است؟ ابعاد تبیینی و هنجاری در نظریۀ سیاسی به‌صورت مختلف و گریزناپذیری با همدیگر مرتبط‌اند، چنانکه این درهم‌تنیدگی، مرزهای نظریۀ سیاسی با ایدئولوژی سیاسی را مبهم ساخته و منازعه بر سر جهان‌شمولی در نظریۀ سیاسی را موجب شده است. تحلیل فرانظری معطوف به بررسی این مسئله در نظریۀ سیاسی به شیوه‌ای تأملی است. یکی از مسائل مهم فرانظری معاصر در نظریۀ سیاسی چگونگی جمع میان هدف سنتی سیاست به‌مثابۀ هدفی هنجاری ناظر بر ضرورت برقراری آرمانشهر با هدف مدرن و پست‌مدرن سیاست به‌مثابۀ هدفی تبیینی یا توصیفی بوده است که صرفاً مدعی بازنمایی واقعیت عینی یا برساخت‌های ذهنی یا زبانی است. از رویکرد سنتی به سیاست در قالب الگوی فلسفۀ سیاسی تا رویکردهای مدرن و پست‌مدرن به سیاست در قالب نظریۀ سیاسی تجربه‌گرا و رفتارگرا از یک سو و نظریه‌های سیاسی هرمنوتیک، پدیدارشناختی، ساختارگرا، پساساختارگرا و پراگماتیست از سوی دیگر، این درهم‌پیچیدگی بعد تبیینی و هنجاری نقش مهمی در مجادلات بر سر اعتبار نظری و عملی در نظریه‌های سیاسی داشته است. مقالۀ حاضر درصدد ارائۀ تحلیلی فرانظری در سطح هستی‌شناختی و معرفت‌شناختی از مسائل مرتبط با این درهم‌پیچیدگی بعد تبیینی و هنجاری در نظریۀ سیاسی و نتایج ناشی از آن است.

عنوان انگلیسی A Metatheoretical Analysis of the Relationship between Explanatory-Normative Dimension in Political Theory
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله In a general reading of political theory, including different views on politics and the political, simultaneously exists two sides of knowledge including explanatory and normative. The problem is that, what is the relationship between explanatory and normative elements, how it is established and whether they can be separated? Explanatory and normative dimensions in political theories are inextricably linked, as this entanglement, makes the boundaries between political theory and political ideology ambiguous and leads to conflict over the universality, objectivity and rationality in political theory. Metatheoretical analysis in its reflective method, focuses on these issues in political theory. One of the major issues in contemporary political theory is that how we can get to a reconciliation between the traditional goal of politics as a normative goal concerning the necessary establishment of utopia and also modern and postmodern goal of politics as a explanatory and analytic goal that seeks to represent objective reality or subjective and linguistic constructs. From Traditional metatheoretical approach to politics in name of political philosophy to modern and post-modern metatheoretical approaches to politics oriented in experimental political theory and also hermeneutic, phenomenological, structuralist, poststructuralist and pragmatists political theory, The tangle of the explanatory and normative dimensions, has important role in the debates over the theoretical and practical validity of political theory.This article seeks to provide a metatheoretical analysis of issues related to the tangle of the explanatory and normative dimension in political theory and its ontological and epistemological results.
