عنوان فارسی ساخت دوگانۀ دولت‌سازی نوین افغانستان
چکیده فارسی مقاله  دولت‌سازی نوین افغانستان، پس از یورش آمریکا، پنجمین فرایند دولت‌سازی در تاریخ سیاسی افغانستان است. هدفِ نوشتار حاضر، بررسی ویژگی‌های پروسۀ جدید دولت‌سازی افغانستان است که تحت تأثیر نیروی خارجی و در پرتو رخدادهای نوین نظام بین‌الملل، شکل گرفت. در پاسخ به پرسشِ بنیادین نوشتار (چیستی ویژگی‌های دولت‌سازی نوین افغانستان)، این فرضیه طرح شد که ناتمام ‌ماندن مداوم فرایندهای ملت-‌دولت‌سازی در تاریخ معاصر افغانستان، به‌همراه خصلت‌های جدید در سیاست خارجی آمریکا، سبب شد پروسۀ دولت‌سازی از بالا (دولت‌سازی هدایت‌شده از محیط بیرونی، به‌منظور حذف دولت فرومانده و ایجاد دولت سرمشق) معیار قرار گیرد. در نوشتار پیش‌‌رو، چارچوب نظری ساخت دوگانۀ دولت‌سازی نوین، به‌کار رفته است. دولت‌سازی عمودی و افقی، خصلت ‌دولت‌سازی‌های نوین است که بر پایۀ تخریب سازنده قرار دارد. ساختار معیوب باید به نفع ساختمان نوساز، تخریب شود؛ موضوعی که سبب شد افغانستان، به کارگاه آزمایش چنین پروژه‌ای تبدیل شود.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Afghanistan’s new state building after the America’s military attack is the fifth process of the state making in the political history of Afghanistan. The aim of the present paper is the study of the characteristics of the new process of Afghanistan’s state making that have influenced the external force and the new events of the international system. For answering the main question of the essay (the nature of the features of the new state making of Afghanistan) this hypothesis was introduced: the permanent unfinished of the Nation-state making processes in the contemporary history of Afghanistan, with the new distinctive of the America’s foreign policy caused to implementation the state building from the above (directed state making from the outer environment in order to eliminating the failed state and creation of the pattern state). In this article the theoretical framework of the “dual structure of the new state building” has been used. Vertical and horizontal state making is the character of the modern building state that based on the creative destruction. In the doctrine of the creative destruction defective structure must destructed and changed to newly built construction. Afghanistan is converted as a workshop of the experiment the project.
