عنوان فارسی واکاوی آسیب های اجتماعی در محلات فرسوده شهری (نمونه موردی: منطقه سه شهر ساری)
چکیده فارسی مقاله یکی از عوامل موثر بر میزان جرایم و آسیب های اجتماعی، مکان و مناطق جرم خیز است. جرم و انحرافات اجتماعی دارای ظرف مکانی و زمانی منحصربفردی است که باعث می شود رفتار مجرمانه در واحد مکان، توزیع فضایی یکسانی نداشته باشد. هدف اصلی پژوهش شناسایی عوامل موثر بر شکل گیری آسیب های اجتماعی در محلات فرسوده می باشد. روش پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی- توسعه ای و از لحاظ نوع، اسنادی و میدانی می باشد. محلات فرسوده منطقه سه شهر ساری به عنوان منطقه مورد مطالعه این تحقیق انتخاب شده است، در این پژوهش، حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 320 نفر بدست آمده که با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات و داده ها با بهره‌گیری از نرم‌افزار Spss,Excel در قالب آزمون-های آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، فی – کرامر و آزمون خی دو مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. نتایج تحقیقات نشان می دهد که بین میزان ارتکاب جرایم و ویژگی های کالبدی محل وقوع جرم و ویژگی های اجتماعی- اقتصادی ساکنان محلات ارتباط معنادار و بالایی وجود دارد و از این نظر محلات فرسوده مکان مستعدی برای پیدایش و رشد جرایم و آسیب های اجتماعی به شمار می روند.
