عنوان فارسی مدل‌سازی مدیریت پایدار دفاتر ICT روستایی با استفاده از هوش تجاری
چکیده فارسی مقاله پایداری دفاتر ICT روستایی، به ­معنای توانایی حفظ مزیت رقابتی یا توسعه عملکرد در بلندمدت و تداوم رضایت روستائیان در طول زمان است. لذا هدف اصلی این پژوهش که با یک پارادایم کیفی و روش میدانی انجام گرفته است، شناسایی عوامل موثر بر پایداری و ارائه یک مدل هوش تجاری برای مدیریت پایدار دفاتر ICT روستایی می­باشد. منطقه مورد مطالعه در این پژوهش استان اصفهان است و 388 دفتر ICT روستایی فعال در سطح استان وجود دارد که با استفاده از روش نمونه­ گیری طبقه­ ای 50 دفتر به ­عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شد. برای به ­دست آوردن اطلاعات مورد نیاز، از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده شده است. برای آنالیز داده­ ها از روش تحلیل محتوا در دو مرحله استفاده شد و 7 شاخص عمده و 37 متغیر مختلف پایداری دفاتر ICT روستایی شناسایی شدند. شاخص­ های اصلی عبارتند از: 1- ویژگی­های فردی کارگزاران دفاتر، 2- فاکتورهای اجتماعی، 3- فاکتورهای اقتصادی، 4- فاکتورهای تکنولوژیکی، 5- مکان دفاتر، 6- خدمات و 7- فاکتورهای سازمانی. بر اساس شاخص­ های استخراج شده مدل هوش تجاری برای مدیریت پایدار دفاتر طراحی گردید. این مدل می­ تواند در کمک به دفاتر ICT روستایی برای اجرا و نظارت بر شیوه ­های پایدار نقش حیاتی ایفا کند.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Sustainability of rural ICT offices, is the ability to maintain a competitive advantage or performance in the long-term and the continued development of the rural satisfaction over time. Since this office in its infancy, and like any new phenomenon at the beginning of his work has challenged and problems that often lead to the discontinuation of their activities, identifying these problems would be an important step in sustaining these small service organizations. In this study, factors affecting the sustainability of rural ICT offices in Isfahan province were studied using BI and a qualitative paradigm, and finally a model for sustainable management of this office provided. It is posited that BI methods and tools could play vital role in assisting rural ICT offices implement and monitor sustainable practices. For this purpose, 50 managers and staff of these offices were interviewed. A thematic model comprising of sustainability issues and challenges that arise as the roles of rural ICT offices evolved and the relationships between these issues is developed through content analysis. This study can provide the basis for future research of these offices by the use of content analysis to discover and explicate key issues faced by rural ICT offices, the identification of essential capabilities for effective and socially sustainable rural ICT offices, and the identification of the sustainability model developed.
