چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Abstract The purpose of this thesis is analyses “the meaning of life” in Wiggins’s view. "invention" and "discovery" are two answers to this question that what is "the meaning of life. In the last few centuries , These questions and answers were the most important issues in the fields of humanities. Subjectivists believe that the meaning of life related to psychological state of man.in contrast, some philosophers emphasize on both mental faculties of man and objective and independent-mind values. David Wiggins, contemporary Moral philosopher, belongs the second group. Criticizing subjectivism’s theory ,he achieved perspective suggesting the meaning of life is the combination of discovery affair and life owner’s effort .Wiggins based his point of view on a phenomenological theory of morality.Abstract The purpose of this thesis is analyses “the meaning of life” in Wiggins’s view.
