چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Recent attention of the planners in regard to the health services development at the national level has more than ever brought to the light the problem of health manpower shortage, particularly at the paramedical level. For a more effective planning and the utilization of the services of these groups, there is a need of a more empirical research. This paper reports the findings bf the various socio-economic backgrounds, and the attitude of students nurses and behavior, regarding to their educational, training and social environment, as well as their behavior toward patients. On the basis of the findings of this study, and taking into consideration the socio-cultural aspects of the society, some recommendation is presented.
