عنوان فارسی تبیین تجربه متخصصین تعلیم و تربیت و آموزش بهداشت با موانع موجود در لایه‌های برنامه‌ریزی آموزش بهداشت و ارتقای سلامت در مدارس با تأکید بر راهکارهای برای رفع آن
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و اهداف: تلاش برای شناسایی موانع موجود در لایه‌های برنامه‌ریزی آموزش بهداشت و ارتقای سلامت در جامعه به‌عنوان یک ضرورت مطرح است . لذا هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی موانع و راهکارهای  موجود در لایه‌های برنامه‌ریزی آموزش بهداشت و ارتقای سلامت باتجربه متخصصین تعلیم و تربیت و آموزش بهداشت است . روش بررسی: مطالعه کیفی حاضر با رویکرد پدیدارشناسی در تابستان 1395 بر روی 15 متخصص تعلیم و تربیت و آموزش بهداشت به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و تا اشباع داده‌ها ، با رعایت محرمانه بودن اطلاعات و امکان ترک مطالعه در هر زمان که مایل بودند ، ادامه یافت . روش جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه عمیق باز و نیمه ساختاریافته انجام گرفت . یافته‌ها: با تحلیل و ادغام مؤلفه‌های اصلی ، 3 مؤلفه اصلی شناسایی و با تحلیل مؤلفه‌های اصلی ، 20 مؤلفه فرعی استخراج گردید . مؤلفه اصلی موانع در لایه برنامه‌ریزی شامل  مفاهیم بهداشتی در کتاب‌های درسی، زمان کم آموزش اطلاعات و...  قرارگرفته‌اند . مؤلفه اصلی موانع در لایه اجرا شامل عدم معلم متخصص، زمان کم ، عدم استفاده از فعالان بهداشتی و... بود. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج به‌دست‌آمده نشان می‌دهد که  از میان مؤلفه‌های فرعی  به‌دست‌آمده  از تحلیل پاسخ‌های متخصصین تعلیم و تربیت و آموزش بهداشت ، مهم‌ترین مانع  موجود در لایه‌های برنامه‌ریزی آموزش بهداشت و ارتقای سلامت ، عدم وجود معلمان متخصص  و علاقه‌مند  می‌باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی The Experience of Education and Training and Health Education Specialists With Available Obstacles on Aspects of Planning Health Education and Health Promotion in Schools With Emphasis on Problem Solving Solutions
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Aims: Identifying available obstacles is a necessity on health education and health promotion planning aspects in society. Therefore the aim of this study is to investigate obstacles and available solutions on aspects of health education and health promotion planning with the experience of specialists in education and health education. Methods:The present qualitative study with a phenomenological approach continued on 15 specialists of education and training and health education by using the method of purposeful sampling and competeing data, in compliance with the confidentiality of information and the possibility to leave the study at any time in summer 2016. The method of collecting data was conducted through open and semi-structured deep interview. Results:By analyzing and integrating principal components, three main components were identified and, 20 sub-components were extracted by analyzing principal components. The main components of obstacles on planning aspect includes health concepts in textbooks, shortage of time for training information and etc. The main component of the obstacles on performance aspect includes lack of expert teachers, shortage of time, the lack of health workers and etc. Conclusion:The results showed that the most important available obstacle on aspects of health education planning and health promotion was the lack of expert and interested teachers among the obtained factors from analyzing the responses of education and health education experts.
