عنوان فارسی بررسی تأثیر کارکردهای مدیریت سایبرنتیک بر انعطاف‌پذیری پزشکان بیمارستان‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی در سطح تبریز
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و اهداف: انعطاف‌پذیری پزشکان از مهم‌ترین مباحث قابل پژوهش در دانشگاه‌ها است و تشخیص متغیرهای پیش‌بینی کننده  آن بسیار حائز اهمیت است. هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی تأثیر کارکردهای مدیریت سایبرنتیک بر انعطاف‌پذیری پزشکان بیمارستان‌های سطح تبریز می‌باشد. روش بررسی: تحقیق حاضر از نوع توصیفی همبستگی می‌باشد. 150 نفر از پزشکان بیمارستان‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی سطح تبریز به روش نمونه‌گیری سرشماری انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه کارکردهای مدیریت سایبرنتیک قربانی زاده (1389) و پرسشنامه انعطاف‌پذیری رایت و اسنل (1996) که هر دو دارای روایی و پایایی بالایی بودند پاسخ دادند. داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Lisrell 19  و به شیوه تحلیل معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شدند.. یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که کارکردهای سیستم مدیریت سایبرنتیک بر توسعه انعطاف‌پذیری پزشکان علوم پزشکی سطح تبریز مؤثر است و نشان داد که کارکردهای سیستم مدیریت سایبرنتیک: تصمیم‌گیری مشارکتی، تعهد سازمانی، جریان صحیح اطلاعات، عدالت در پرداخت، ساختار مسطح، توسعه حس مالکیت و آموزش مستمر به ترتیب باعث0/63، 0/91، 0/92، 0/92، 0/88، 0/25، 0/83، 0/96 واحد تغییر در انعطاف‌پذیری پزشکان بیمارستان‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی سطح تبریز می‌شود. نتیجه‌گیری: تحقیق حاضر نشانگر اهمیت کارکردهای مدیریت سایبرنتیک در تبیین انعطاف‌پذیری پزشکان است. بنابراین ارائه آموزش‌هایی مبتنی بر به‌کارگیری کارکردهای مدیریت سایبرنتیک در محیط‌های بیمارستانی، منجر به افزایش انعطاف‌پذیری و درنتیجه عملکرد بهتر مدیریتی در پزشکان خواهد شد.

عنوان انگلیسی Investigate the Impact of Cybernetic Management Functions on the Flexibility of Doctors in the Hospitals of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Aims: One of the most important topics of research in universities, is the flexibility of doctors, and diagnosis of its predictor variables, is very important. The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of cybernetic management functions on the flexibility of doctors in the Hospitals of Tabriz. Methods: This study is descriptive and correlational. 150 doctors, in hospitals of Tabriz University of Medical Science, were selected through census sampling and answer to questionnaire of Cybernetics Management  functions, Ghorbanzadeh (1389), and the Wright and Snell flexibility questionnaire (1996) responded, both of which were valid and highly reliable. Data collected using the Lisrell 19 software and were analyzed by SEM method. Results: Our findings show that the function of cybernetic management systems is effective on the development of the flexibility of Doctors in the Medical Science, and showed that the functions of Cybernetics management system: participatory decision making, organizational commitment, proper flow of information, equity in pay, flat structure, develop a sense of ownership and continuing education respectively to cause 0/63, 0/91, 0/92, 0 /92, 0/88, 0/25, 0/83, 0/69 change unit on the flexibility of doctors in the Hospitals of Tabriz University of Medical Science. Conclusion: this study shows the importance of cybernetic management functions, in explaining the flexibility of doctors. Thus providing training based on the use of cybernetic management functions, in hospital environments, will lead to increase the flexibility, and thus better manage performance will be achieved in doctors
