عنوان فارسی تاثیر میزان و شرایط اخلاقی بر تصمیم‌گیری مدیران مالی دستگاههای اجرایی دولتی استان فارس
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه: هدف از این پژوهش بررسی رابطه بین شدت اخلاقیات، شرایط (جو) اخلاقی و تصمیم‌گیری اخلاقی، و همچنین اثر تعدیل‌کنندگی شرایط اخلاقی بر رابطه بین شدت اخلاقیات و تصمیم­گیری اخلاقی در بین مدیران مالی دستگاه‌های اجرایی استان فارس است.   روش‌کار: طرح پژوهش پیمایشی است. برای بررسی روابط بین متغیرها، سه فرضیه ارائه شده است و از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون ساده خطی جهت آزمون آماری فرضیه‌ها استفاده شد.   یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین دو پارامتر شدت اخلاقیات و شرایط اخلاقی و تصمیم‌گیری مدیران مالی دستگاههای اجرایی دولتی در استان فارس، هیچ رابطه معنیداری وجود ندارد.   نتیجه‌گیری: براساس نتایج پژوهش، که برخلاف پژوهشهای پیشین است، به نظر می­رسد که مدیران مالی دستگاههای اجرایی دولتی در استان فارس هیچ نوع آشنایی با مفاهیم اخلاقی نداشته و برای حل معضلات اخلاقی در محیط کاری خود از باورهای شخصی پیروی می‌کنند.

عنوان انگلیسی Impact of Moral Intensity and Ethical Climate on the Decision-Making of Financial Managers in Governmental Organizations in Fars Province
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background: The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between morality intensity, ethical climate and ethical decision-making, and the moderating effect of ethical climate on the relationship between morality intensity and ethical decision-making between financial managers in Governmental organizations in Fars province. Methods: A survey study was conducted. To investigate the relationship between these variables, three hypotheses have been put forward and Pearson's coefficient of correlation and Simple Linear Regression analysis were used to analyze the data. Results: Results showed that there wasn't any significant relationship between morality intensity, ethical climate and decision-making of financial managers in Governmental organizations in Fars province. Conclusion: Since the results of this study do not confirm the findings of previous similar studies, it seems that financial managers in Governmental organizations in Fars province do not have any familiarity with ethical concepts and they follow personal beliefs to solve the moral dilemmas in their working environmental.
