عنوان فارسی بررسی ماهیت مسائل اخلاقی پژوهش در فضای مجازی
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه: گسترش استفاده از اینترنت به عنوان یک آزمایشگاه تحقیقاتی جهان‌گستر و رسانه‌ای در خدمت فعالیتهای پژوهشی، موجب پیدایش موضوعات و مسائل اخلاقی و حقوقی نوظهور و متعددی گردیده است. این مقاله در نظر دارد به‌طور خاص ماهیت چنین مشکلات و مسائلی را که بعضا مسائلی گشوده می‌باشند، تبیین و تصریح نماید که شناخت و بررسی ماهیت آنها را مقدم بر هر راهکار عملی می‌پندارد.    روش کار:  ابتدا اخلاق پژوهش به عنوان زیرمجموعه‌ای از اخلاق کاربردی و نیز شاخه‌ای از اخلاق حرفه‌ای معرفی می‌شود، سپس ورود به قلمروی مجازی به منزله‌ ظهور رویکرد نوینی به فعالیتهای پژوهشی مطرح شده و اخلاق پژوهش در پرتو این قلمروی نوین بررسی می‌گردد. در ادامه به طرح پیامدهای اجتماعی ناشی از فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات و تأثیر آنها بر اخلاق پژوهش در فضای مجازی پرداخته می‌شود. سپس چهار اصل شاخص در هدایت اخلاقی پژوهشها به‌طور کلی معرفی می‌شوند؛ خودمختاری، بخشش، انصاف و مالکیت معنوی. در ادامه، با مقایسه میان مسائل اخلاق پژوهش در جهان مادّی و جهان مجازی، به‌طور مشروح به برخی از موضوعات و مسائل اخلاقی در پژوهشهای مجازی پرداخته می‌شود.   نتیجه‌گیری: هدایت اخلاقی و به‌کارگیری اصول حمایت از افراد و موضوعات انسانی در پژوهشهای مجازی پیچیدگی‌های خاص خود را دارد؛ بر این اساس و در پایان به برخی از این مشکلات اخلاقیِ مشخص و متمایز، اشاره می‌شود که عبارتند از: به مخاطره افتادن حریم شخصی و محرمانگی، عدم شناسایی هویتها به‌سبب استفاده از هویت‌های مستعار، دریافت رضایت آگاهانه توسط محققان، تعیین رهنمودهای اخلاقی جهان‌شمول، تأثیر شکاف رقومی، و تأثیر عدم تماس چهره به چهره بر پژوهش مجازی.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background: Developing increasingly Internet as a ubiquitous research laboratory and a convenient media to doing research is caused new ethical and variety legal issues and problems. This paper explains and explicates the nature of ethical problems of research, partly open problems, in cyberspace especially and it is preferred any practical solutions.    Methods: Firstly, the research ethics is defined as a branch of applied ethics and professional ethics. Then, the research ethics is surveyed under new approach to doing research through introducing to cyberspace. There are presented some information and commutation technology social effects, and also their outcomes on the research ethics in cyberspace. Thus, these include the most main issues and problems on the virtual research ethics field. In continue, there are distinguished the most important ethical principles in conducting virtual research; autonomy, beneficence, justice, and intellectual property. Hence, there are discussed and considered in detail some ethical issues associate with these ethical principles that indicate their completeness and consistency. Conclusion: Implementing and conducting the ethical principles regard­ing the protection of human subjects participating in virtual research have itself typical complexities. Therefore, there are identified and indexed some of the distinct and critical ethical challenges and problems to doing research in cyberspace, such as: privacy and confidentiality problem, identity non-identifying and anonymity problem, informed consent problem, universal codes of ethics, digital divide problem, and faceless communication problem of virtual research ethics.
