چکیده انگلیسی مقاله In this study we tested 1357 serum samples in serum neutralization test (SN) by using the NADL strain of BVD virus and Immunodiffusion test by using concentrated BVD virus propagated on R-BK cell culture as antigen. From 1357 tested samples by S.N. test 317 samples were positive and by Immunodiffusion test 251 samples were positive. 234 samples were positive and 1023 samples were negative in both test, correlation between these two test is 92.6%. However, for resons of sensitivity and specificity of these two methods, time and economy, the Immunodiffusion test is conciderede as the practical routin serodiagnostic method
