چکیده فارسی مقاله هماهنگی درامر ذخیره وبازیابی اطلاعات،تدوین استانداردها ،کنترل کتابشناختی ،استفاده بهینه از تجهیزات سخت افزاری ونرم افزاری ،بستر مناسب مخابراتی وارتباطی سایر عوامل تعیین کننده به عنوان پیش شرط های اساسی درتحقیق نظام ملی اطلاع رسانی است که فقدان آن بسیاری از نابسامانی های اطلاع رسانی ،دوباره کاریها ،صرف هزینه های زیاد وتعدد سلیقه ها را دراجرای برنامه ها به دنبال دارد. برای رسیدن به اهداف کلان اطلاع رسانی علوم پزشکی ،وجود یک مرکز ملی کتابداری واطلاع رسانی به عنوان یک مرکز مادر وهماهنگ کننده دراین حوزه ضروری به نظر میرسد که دراین نوشتار،تشکیلات این مرکز وشرح وظایف هریک ازواحدهای تحت پوشش آنبه تفصیل بیان شده است .

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The lack of a national information system in Iran as a harmonizing, collaborating and policy - making system in higher level has produced a lot of problems in the way of the achievement of the other national systems in the lower levels. The coordination of information storage and retrieval systems, compilation of standards, bibliographic control, best use of hardware and software equipment, suitable communication and the other decisive elements functioning as prerequisites of the national information center, are of the most important duties of the national information system, which causes lots of information disorders. In order to maintain the main goals of having the national medical information center, seems to have first a medical librarianship and information center needed as a mother center or a coordinator. In this research the organization and duties of each part and sections of such a proposed center are explained in detail.
