چکیده فارسی مقاله ارتقای عملکرد یکی از چالشهای سازمانهای بخش خصوصی ،دولتی و عمومی است . یکی از رویکردهای استراتژیک سازمانها برای نیل به عملکرد بالا و دستیابی به موفقیت های چشم گیر ،کارآفرینی سازمانی است . در این مقاله ، سازمانهای کارآفرین معرفی می شوند ودلایل انتخاب رویکرد کارآفرینی توسط سازمانهای خصوصی و دولتی بیان می شود. انتخاب یک رویکرد زمانی برای سازمان اثربخش است که بتواند نتایج آن را ارزیابی کند و با مدیریت صحیح،هدفهای سازمانی را تامین نماید . معرفی معیارهای ارزیابی عملکرد کارآفرینی سازمانی و ابزار مدیریت استراتژیک کارآفرینی بحث های بعدی مقاله است . معرفی مدل مدیریت وارزیابی عملکرد کارآفرینی جمع بندی مطالب این مقاله است .

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Enhancement of the function is one of the challenging issues to organizations in public, private and governmental sectors. The effective strategy which represents a good means to access the high functioning and accomplish conspicuous successes is the same as the organizational. entrepreneurship. In the present article, the entrepreneurial organizations have been introduced, and additionally, the reason why such a strategy is to be chosen by the organizations has been demonstrated. A schedule strategy is considered effective for the organization through which the results can be evaluated and by the means of which all the targets are achieved with the help of a good management. To introduce criteria by which entrepreneurial function of the organization is assessed, as well as means of strategic entrepreneurial management are the other issues discussed in this article. At the end a model of entrepreneurial management along with the assessment procedure are offered as a conclusion.
