عنوان فارسی ارزیابی رضایت شهروندان از عملکرد و کارآیی شاخص‌های زیباسازی شهر (مطالعه‌ موردی: تهران، منطقه ۶ شهرداری)
چکیده فارسی مقاله زیبایی از مقوله‌های مهم در راستای دست‌یابی به آرامش روحی و روانی شهروندان محسوب می‌شود. بدون توجه به عناصر زیباساز در طراحی محیطی شهرها، نمی‌توان به طراوت و شادابی کالبدی دست یافت. این پژوهش با هدف تحلیل و رتبه‌بندی عملکردهای زیباشناسانه در منطقه 6 تهران، تهیه و تنظیم شده است. دو متغیر مهم رضایت و کارآیی با تأکید بر هفت شاخص (تعداد عناصر زیباساز، جانمایی، شکل و فرم، رنگ، تناسب محیطی، نورپردازی و خوانایی) از طریق نرم افزار SPSS مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که بین رضایت مردم و عملکرد سازمان زیباسازی شهر تهران، با همبستگی "638/0" رابطه‌ی مستقیمی وجود دارد. در ارتباط با شاخص کارآیی و عملکرد سازمان، نیز بهترین عملکرد مربوط به شاخص جانمایی با میانگین 91/2 برای مردان و رنگ با میانگین 11/3 برای زنان است. کمترین میانگین نیز مربوط به شاخص تعداد عناصر با میانگین 24/2 برای مردان و 34/2 برای زنان است. در ارتباط با رضایت کلی از سازمان زیباسازی نیز بیشترین میانگین با 76/3 مربوط به شاخص رنگ و کمترین میانگین با 91/1 برای شاخص نورپردازی ثبت گردیده است. در نهایت برای رتبه‌بندی نواحی منطقه به منظور سنجش میزان رضایت و عملکرد از مدل AHP استفاده شده است. ناحیه دو با 28/0 امتیاز بالاترین و ناحیه یک با 104/0 امتیاز از پایین‌ترین امتیاز بر اساس عملکرد و رضایت کل شهروندان برخوردار شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که تأکید بر تندیس‌های شهری، پارک‌های منطقه‌ای، تأمین روشنایی، مبلمان شهری، تغییر کاربری اماکن متروک و نظافت محلی و بهره‌گیری از ایده‌های خلاقانه از مهم‌ترین راهکارهای پیش رو برای بهبود وضعیت فعلی در حوزه‌ی زیباسازی منطقه است. Abstract Aesthetic is one of the most important concepts to realization of mental relaxation for citizens. Without attention to beautification elements in urban environmental design, physical freshness and liveliness cannot be gained. Two important variables of performance and satisfaction of beautification organization were evaluated with emphasis on the seven indexes (number of beautification elements, locating, shape and form, color, environmental harmony, lighting and readability) by means of SPSS and Pierson. The results show that there is direct relation between satisfaction of citizens and performance of beautification organization by correlation ".638 ** ". It means that, satisfaction increases by performance increasing. In relation with performance index of beautification organization, the highest average of performance is locating with 2/91 for men and color with 3/11 for women. The minimum average is elements number index with 2/24 for men and 2/34 for women. In relation with satisfaction index of beautification organization the highest average of satisfaction is color with 3/76 and the minimum average is lighting with 1/91. Finally for ranking of regions inside the district, AHP model is used for survey of performance and satisfaction in regions scale. Region 2 has 0/284 points as highest rank and region 1 has 0/104 points as lowest rank on the base of performance and satisfaction of whole citizens. The results of study showed that Emphasis on urban statues, regional parks, lighting, urban furniture, and land use change of abandoned places and local cleaning and gaining innovative ideas are the most important mechanisms to improve the current situation in district beautification.
