عنوان فارسی خوانش تک اُسطور‌ه‌ای تصاویر اسکندر
چکیده فارسی مقاله میل به جاودانگی و نامیرایی یکی از مهم‌ترین دغدغه‌های فکری بشر در طول تاریخ بوده که همواره این آرزو در قالب روایات، شخصیت‌های دینی، اسطوره‌ای و قالب‌های گوناگون ادبی، هنری متجلّی گردیده است.  از جمله مهم‌ترین تجلّی‌های هنری ـ ادبی این میل در فرهنگ و منابع ایرانی ـ اسلامی بازنمود تصویری داستان اسکندر است. در این نوشتار سعی شده تا با روش تطبیق و تحلیل تصاویر مربوط به جستجوی جاودانگی در داستان اسکندر با نظریه تک اسطوره جوزف کمبل(1904-1987م) به این اهداف نائل آییم: جمع‌آوری تصاویر خلق شده در نسخ مصوّر با مضمون جاودانگی در داستان اسکندر و طبقه‌بندی جایگاه تصاویر به وسیله تطبیق در الگوی قهرمان کمبل. در ادامه با بررسی دیدگاه گفته پردازان این تصاویر و متغیرهای توصیفی ـ تحلیلی میزان هم‌گرایی تصاویر با الگوی مورد نظر و علل آن بررسی گردیده. نتایج حاصل نشانگر آن است که در قسمت‌هایی از داستان به ویژه لشکرکشی‌ها تصاویر منطبق با چرخه کمبل است ولی در پایان این داستان اسکندر راه بازگشت را مطابق الگو در پیش نمی‌گیرد و در همان دنیای ویژه به تجدید حیات پرداخته به دگرگونی می‌رسد در نتیجه کم‌ترین میزان هم‌گرایی تصاویر با الگو را شاهد هستیم.

عنوان انگلیسی Monomyth reading of Alexander images
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Historically, the desire for eternality, immortality, and attempt for liberation from death has been one of the most important intellectual concerns of human being. Man constantly has produced fictions in response to this desire, and symbolized this desire in the form of narratives, religious and mythical  characteristics, legendary heroes, and various literary and artistic genres. Among most important artistic expressions in quest for eternality in Persian-Islamic culture and resources is the Alexander story and its imagery. This paper would attempt through comparison of images of quest for eternality in Alexander story with Campbell theory of Monomyth (the pattern during which the hero passes through the stages of Separation, Initiation, and Return) to address the classification of standpoints of narrators of this narrative about the quest for eternality, in addition to collecting created images in different imagery resources. In the meantime, through examination of descriptive variables some results are obtained including that in some parts of the story especially in military expeditions there are images in conformity with Campbell cycle, but at the end of this story Alexander does not return according to the cycle, and revitalizes in that special world and reaches to the alteration. So we witness the least amount of conformity with the pattern.
