عنوان فارسی بررسی وضعیت معابر شهر اصفهان براساس معیارها و ضوابط موجود برای دسترسی معلولین و جانبازان
چکیده فارسی مقاله مناسب سازی بستر کالبدی در جهت رسیدن به فرصت های برابر برای همه افراد و اقشار جامعه به منظور تحرک و جابه جایی در سطح شهر و دسترسی هر فرد به تمامی فضاهای شهری از ضروریات رشد و توسعه جامعه می‏ باشد. بیش از 15 سال از تهیه اولین مجموعه ضوابط و مقررات شهرسازی و معماری برای معلولین در ایران می ‏گذرد اما وضعیت فعلی معابر نشان دهنده ناکام بودن این ضوابط در مقام اجرا می‏ باشد. با توجه به مشکلات و موانع موجود در سطح شهر و افزایش تصادفات رانندگی در کشور و حوادث غیرمترقبه دیگر تعداد معلولین روزبه روز در حال افزایش می‏ باشد. ولی متأسفانه اقدامات شایسته و کافی در جهت مناسب سازی فضای شهری، از جمله معابر که از مهمترین کاربری­ های شهری جهت عبورومرور معلولین می‏ باشد صورت نگرفته است. هدف این پژوهش بررسی معابر شهر اصفهان با استفاده از ضوابط و معیارهای جمع آوری شده از منابع مختلف در جهت رفاه حال معلولین و جانبازان شهر اصفهان می‏ باشد. در راستای رسیدن به این هدف با استفاده از روش کتابخانه ‏ای و تلفیقی از روشهای تحلیلی که با پیمایش­ های میدانی، تهیه پرسشنامه و مصاحبه با معلولین و نابینایان انجام گرفته به بررسی 78 معبر اصلی و فرعی شهر اصفهان پرداخته شده و نتایج آن به صورت جدول، نمودار و نقشه ارائه شده است . در پایان پیشنهاداتی جهت رفع موانع و مشکلات موجود و ساماندهی وضعیت معابر ارائه شده است.

عنوان انگلیسی A Study of Conditions of Isfahan's Urban Passages in Terms of The Disabled's Access According to Existing Criteria and Regulations
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The suitability of physical framework to achieve equal opportunities for all individuals and sectors of the population in order to move around the city and have access to all urban spaces is one of the essential elements of a community's growth and development. It is now fifteen years since the first set of rules and regulations for urban development and architecture concerning disabled people were prepared in Iran, but the current status of passages indicates the failure of these regulations in practice. The number of disabled people is increasing day by day due to the problems and obstacles in the city and the increase in accidents and other incidents in the country. But unfortunately, proper and adequate measures have not been taken to suit the urban environment, including passages that are among the most important urban areas for disabled people. The purpose of this study is to examine the passages of Isfahan city using regulations and criteria collected from different sources in order to improve the well-being of the disabled people in Isfahan city. In order to achieve this goal, using a secondary method as well as a combination of analytical methods, field surveys, questionnaires and interviews with the disabled and the visually impaired, the 78 main and secondary passages of Isfahan city have been examined and the results have been presented through tables, charts and maps. At the end, suggestions have been made to remove existing obstacles and problems and to organize the status of the passages.
