عنوان فارسی واکاوی کیفی چالش‌های ایفای هم‌زمان نقش‌های دانشجویی و خانوادگی
چکیده فارسی مقاله جامعه‌ی ایران در دهههای اخیر شاهد مشارکت گسترده‌ی زنان در آموزش عالی است. این شرایط جدید ایفای نقش‌های متعددی را به آنها تحمیل کرده و به همان نسبت که منشأ بهبود کیفیت زندگی آنها شده است، آنها را با چالش‌های جدیدی برای هماهنگی وظایف خانه و خانواده با تکالیف تحصیلی مواجه کرده است. از این رو ضرورت دارد ابعاد مقوله‌ی تعارض نقش خانوادگی و تحصیلی زنان و علل پیدایی این تعارضات و نحوه‌ی مواجهه‌ی دانشجویان با این چالش‌ها در یک مطالعه‌ی کیفی بررسی شود. بدین منظور 22 دانشجوی زن متأهل در مقاطع ارشد و دکتری بر اساس نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و با حداکثر تنوع مشارکت کنندگان انتخاب شدند و مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاری، به صورت انفرادی و رودررو با آنها انجام شد. یافته‌های حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نشان می‌دهد که عملکرد نامناسب نظام آموزشی، فشار نقش مادری و فرزندپروری، فشار نقش همسری، ضعف حمایت خانواده و نقش منفی خانواده، جزء شرایط علی تعارض نقش تحصیلی با نقش خانوادگی دانشجویان متأهل است. کاهش حس کنترل بر زندگی، فرسودگی تحصیلی، تضعیف صمیمیت زناشویی و کاهش ظرفیت روانی، پیامدهای پدیده‌ی تعارض نقشی است. مصاحبه شوندگان دو استراتژی سازگاری مثبت و منفی را در مواجهه با این تعارض اتخاذ کرده‌اند. مقوله‌ی هسته‌ای استخراج شده از این مطالعه، غفلت نظام آموزش از نهاد خانواده است.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله In recent decades, Iranian society has witnessed widespread participation of women in higher education. These new conditions have imposed on them several roles playing, and to the same extent which acted as the source of improving their quality of life, have faced them with new challenges for the coordination of home and family duties with academic assignments. It is therefore necessary to study the dimensions of the category of conflict between family and educational roles of women and the causes of these conflicts and how students are confronted with these challenges in a qualitative study. For this purpose, 22 married women were selected on the basis of a purposed sampling and with a maximum of variations among the participants and semi-structured, individually and face-to-face interviews were conducted by them. The findings show that the inaproperate performance of the educational system, the maternal and parenting role pressure, the spousal role pressure and the weakness of family support and the negative role of the family, are of the causal conditions of educational and family role conflicts of married students. Decreased sense of control over life, academic burnout, weakening of marital intimacy, and decreased mental capacity are the consequences of the role conflict phenomenon. . The interviewees adopted two positive and negative coping strategies in confronting this conflict. The core category extracted from this study is the neglect of the education system of the family institution.
