عنوان فارسی آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد متخصصان زنان و زایمان و کارشناسان مامایی در مورد سلامت دهان و دندان در زنان باردار در شهر کرمان در سال ۱۳۹۵
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: بارداری دوره مهمی است که طی آن مادر باردار باید آموزش‌های مرتبط با سلامت دهان و معاینات مربوطه را دریافت نماید. مطالعات نشان‌دهنده ارتباط میان مشکلات سلامت دهان و عوارض ناخواسته بارداری همچون تولد زودرس یا وزن پایین هنگام تولد است، لذا مطالعه حضر با هدف بررسی نگرش، آگاهی و عملکرد متخصصین زنان و ماماها در خصوص مراقبت­های بهداشت دهان حین بارداری انجام شد. روش‌کار: این مطالعه مقطعی و توصیفی در سال 1395 بر روی متخصصین زنان و زایمان و کارشناسان مامایی در شهر کرمان انجام شد. 204 متخصص زنان و ماما در شهر کرمان توسط یک پرسشنامه خود ایفا پایایی شده شامل اطلاعات فردی و سؤالاتی پیرامون آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 21) و آزمون‌های کای اسکوئر، من ویتنی و پیرسون انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنادار در نظر گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: میانگین نمره آگاهی افراد شرکت کننده در مطالعه 1/2±55/6 بود که در این میان، بین متخصصان زنان و زایمان و ماماها از لحاظ آماری تفاوت معنی‎داری مشاهده نشد (903/0=p). حدود 165 نفر (81%) از افراد اظهار کردند مراجعین خود را به دندانپزشک ارجاع می­دادند و 174 نفر (7/85%) بیماران نیازمند به درمان‌های دندانپزشکی را به دندان‌پزشک ارجاع می‌دادند. هیچ‌گونه تفاوت آماری معناداری میان نگرش متخصصین زنان و زایمان و ماماها مشاهده نشد (05/0

عنوان انگلیسی Knowledge, Attitude and Practice of Gynecologists and Midwifes toward Oral Health in Pregnant Women in Kerman (2016)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Pregnancy is an important period during which the pregnant mother should receive needed oral health education and related examinations. Researches have shown the association between oral health complications and unwanted outcomes of pregnancy such as preterm birth or low birth weight. Therefore, this study was performed with aim to assess the attitude, knowledge and practice of gynecologists and midwifes regarding pregnancy oral health care. Methods: This descriptive-analytic study was performed on 204 gynecologists and midwifes in Kerman in 2016. They were assessed using a validated self-administered questionnaire including demographic information and questions about knowledge, attitude and practice. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS software (version 21) and Chi-square, Mann Whitney and Pearson tests. Results: Mean score of knowledge among participants was 6.55±2.1 that no statistically significant difference was found between gynecologists and midwifes (P=0.903). About 165 of them (81%) stated that they referred their patients to the dentist and 174 (85.7%) referred those who needed to dental care to the dentist. There was no statistically significant difference between gynecologists' and midwifes' attitude (p>0/05). Conclusion: The findings showed that considering gynecologists' and midwifes' knowledge about importance of oral health during pregnancy, they had proper attitude and practice, but it still presents discrepancies with standard guidelines that indicates the need to upgrade their skill and knowledge in order to reach the best care for this period.
